POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Every Yu-Gi-Oh! or Pokemon collector out there, I’d like to tell you about my biggest collection accomplishment. The most meaningful caption I ever wrote… please take some to read it 🫶

One of the holy grails in yugioh 💎 A divine being, made entirely of gold. Absolute perfection, much like a statue that’s been carefully crafted by its artist. The ultimate embodiment of the Stardust theme ✨ A prize card so rare most people haven’t even heard of it. With approximately 50 copies that were only ever scattered across the globe, it’s become extremely difficult to even catch a glimpse of this elusive collector’s trophy in real life. Let alone add one to the collection ✔️

While yugioh may be overshadowed by the Pokemon collector’s scene, I’d like to show this to all collectors. I can’t put to words the sheer amount of patience, luck and hard work that were involved in finding this 🍀 Three years of searching, multiple trips to the city of Brussels, and several disappointments along the way 😮‍💨 And I stull pulled it off somehow with the help of some big names in the community 🤝

The pop count for PSA10 copies is only 7, and highly unlikely to further increase because of the scarcity in remaining raw and sealed copies. A collector’s dream 💭 It doesn’t get any more unique than this.

I’d appreciate a little love on this post 🫶🌎

💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎

My biggest post ever! The making of this post took me half a day so any support is greatly appreciated 🙏 What a journey this was tracking these down one by one. I can honestly keep staring at these forever 🤩

What makes these prize cards unique is that their designs strongly represent the hosting country for that years world championship. One of the most obvious ones being the giant turtle Grandopolis carrying the city of Las Vegas on its back 🎰 There’s lore behind every single one of these cards! To me King Landia has a special place since he represents the Netherlands; my home country 🇳🇱

A couple of my friends and myself may even be the only European collectors that form the lucky fam with all 19 cards 👀 Never give up and collect what you love! 🔥

For now the entire lineup consists of:

💎 2007 - Testament of the Arcane Lords
💎 2008 - Chimaera the Master of Beasts
💎 2009 - Tyr, the Vanquishing Warlord
💎 2010 - Aggiba, the Malevolent Sh’nn S’yo
💎 2011 - Stardust Divinity
💎 2012 - King Landia the Goldfang
💎 2013 - Legendary Dragon of White
💎 2014 - Grandopolis, the Eternal Golden City
💎 2015 - The Twin Kings, Founders of the Empire
💎 2019 - Noritoshi in Darkest Rainment
💎 2019 - Amatsu-Okami of the Divine Peaks
💎 2020 - Skyfaring Castle of the Black Forest
💎 2020 - Kaiser Eagle, the Heavens’ Mandate
💎 2024 - Gatebridgeo, the Waterfront Warbeast
💎 2024 - Masterful Magician Servant of the Sanctuary
💎 2025 - Elttaes, the Master of Duels
💎 2025 - Dragon of Illumination, Sanctuary’s Shield
💎 2026 - The Lady’s Protectors
💎 2026 - Light Leading the Valiant

💎 Testament of the Arcane Lords

the first Matchwinner replica card created for prize distribution. The golden elements over the artwork identify it as a first-place card. by @tcg_legend

Stardust Divinity ✨💎

Those of you that have been following my collecting process on this page will most likely know how much this piece means to me 😅🥹

After obtaining my first ever sealed copy of Stardust Divinity a couple years back, I was devastated to find out it had hidden damage 😶 For this reason I returned it. I take the conditions of my cardboard very serious after all 🫡

After I while I bumped into my next opportunity which was one being auctioned but unfortunately I did not win. Then finally someone came to an agreement with me for trading me theirs however… The person, who won’t be mentioned cause I’m not that kind of guy, backed out on me last minute 😭😖😩

I have redeemed myself and finally found a copy that met my standards. By far my most challenging hunt so far. PSA10 Stardust Divinity. The rarest match winner replica. Only 50 l-ish copies of this card were ever given out at Japan’s 2011 nationals 🇯🇵 Reason for the low amount of participants was the earthquake/tsunami that year. The story makes this card even more unique and sought after. I’m glad to finally own one 🤩

Huge thanks to @lightgrocery for the deal, and shoutout to @dark_grocery for being a top tier middleman. Thanks my friend 🌚

Viewing my favorite collectible Stardust Divinity✨ with @seapilottcg ‘s new toy 🔬 So awesome to view cards up close! Highly recommended 🙂‍↕️

It kinda surprised me how much red and pink is in the card, since it’s not visible with the naked eyed 👁️👁️ Slide to the 4th picture to see the actual card!

Saya Tsuruta is an incredible artist! Her work is very easy to recognize by soft lines and colorful surroundings 😍 Currently she has illustrated a total of 133 cards! I picked a random bunch to play a little game. Saya hides a Pokeball in every single one of her artworks. Can you find them all? 👀 Let me know the ones you missed!

Recently added this awesome Tag Team card to the binder. Reshiram & Zekrom make such a powercouple.ᐟ.ᐟ

I’m team Zekrom mostly because of the games. In Pokemon Black & White Zekrom used to absolutely take souls with Fusion Bolt ⚡️ Had to be one of the coolest signature moves ever 😮 So are you with me on team Zekrom, or does Resh take the cake? 🔥🥧
