📣 We Need Your Help! 📣

Traverse City Roller Derby’s adult and junior leagues need a winter practice space through March 2027.

👉 We need an enclosed space with skate able floors, a bathroom, and minimum 4500sq feet of space.

Bonus if the space has temperature control, storage for gear while we’re there, and enough space for a full track plus ref lane!

🍒 We’re an insured, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Some examples of spaces would be rec centers, indoor sports facilities, school gyms, churches, pole barns, and industrial garages. 🏫

Some examples of skate-able floors are polished concrete, wood, sport court, tile, and tennis court. 🛼

‼️ If you or someone you know has a location in mind, please message us or email board@tcrollerderby.com

Thank you to @rootriverrollers for letting us use their space-search template! 💚

Happy Birthday to our skater Pop Roxie! 🥳🎂

Roxie is not only a skater, but our Treasurer, NSO, and all around person who can do it all! Roxie is the one you can go to if you need help with anything at all. They are always knowledgeable, warm, welcoming, and a friend to everyone! 🧶

We are truly so fortunate to have Roxie be a part of our league because we couldn’t do it without her! She’s a rock for this organization and an amazing person! ❤️‍🔥

Have a wonderful birthday Pop Roxie! 💚

Happy Birthday to our skater Jellybish! 🥳🎂

This is Jellybish’s second season playing roller derby and they’ve proven to be an absolute menace of unstoppable energy on the track. Just when you think you’ve gotten away from the pack, Jelly has already raced up to catch you! Jelly started out as a jammer, but decided to switch over and bring that speed as a blocker and pivot instead. 💪🔥

While Jelly might be intimidating on the track, they’re a ball of sunshine and smiles as soon as the jam ends. Jelly is always doing their best to make you smile, laugh, and believe the best in yourself. Jelly’s mission is to make everyone their friend and feel loved and we’re so lucky to have them! ❤️‍🔥

Have a wonderful birthday, Jellybish! 💚
