Real Lyfe Reel Talk: Self Advocacy is the doorway of opportunity that the Lord told me to walk thru. All glory goes to him for surrounding me with so many great people along the way. What people don’t know is that my wife @hisword_keptme has been there from the very beginning. She showed me how to love and what is possible through a love shared between us. I am because of who she is. @proplayerfoundation has taken me to places I never fathomed, it’s easy to use your gift when there is a team that puts you in a SAFE position share what God gave you. Yes, I’ve picked up many bruises and scars on this MS journey. Your voice matters and never allow yourself to be in a position where it is silenced. @damianwashington thank you for continuing to create spaces for the MS community, I have learned so much from you over the years. Thank you for continuing to push for more spaces in the MS community.

We are excited to share an exciting event from our friends at @proplayerfoundation!

On Thursday, November 5, Pro Player Foundation will bring its 12th Meet & Greet + rEECh on the Road Panel to Nissan Stadium in Nashville. Pro Football Hall of Fame member Earl Campbell will serve as Host welcoming members of the multiple sclerosis community and their care partners for an evening centered around connection, conversation, and community.

Pro Player Foundation Ambassador and Co-Host Tyler Campbell (@tcspeaks32) will lead his 12th rEECh on the Road Panel, a pillar of the Educate.Elevate.Collaborate. Initiative. Joining Tyler on the rEECh on the Road Panel will be renowned Vanderbilt MS specialists Dr. Olivia Gruder and Dr. Harold Moses Jr., who will share their knowledge, perspectives, and insights to empower those living with multiple sclerosis, as well as the people who support them.

@tcspeaks32 has got to be one of the toughest student athletes I had the honor to work with. He was always positive and didn't let anything bring him down. When he was diagnosed with MS, he didn't let bring him down either. He saw his diagnosis as a way to help others.

He's going to be mad or laugh at me for this because Im going to let you in on a little secret. What people don't know about Tyler is that he had a fear of speaking, and we waited until his senior year for him to take his required speech class 😁 FAST FORWARD He's becoming an advocate for the @multiple_sclerosis_foundation, served on several panels for the rEECh, and has his own radio show. Which all require him to speak in front of people. And he's good at it.
