We’re looking for people at the beginning of their product design careers who show more potential than their CV might.

You may have studied design formally. You may have taught yourself. You may be moving into design from something entirely different.

What matters to us is whether you can observe carefully, think through a problem, make thoughtful interfaces, explain your decisions and get better quickly when someone challenges them.

Applications are now open for the Tcules Product Design Residency, a paid, full-time, three-month programme at our Ahmedabad studio.

Walk-in Selection Day: Saturday, 19 September 2026
Residency: 1 October – 31 December 2026
Location: Ahmedabad
Format: Full-time, on-site

The residency will combine structured learning, critique, mentorship and practical product-design work with the Tcules team.

Residents who perform strongly may be considered for longer-term roles at Tcules after the programme.

Formal design education is welcome, but not required. A polished portfolio isn’t necessary, but we would like to see evidence that you make things.

Applications are required. Shortlisted applicants will receive a timed selection slot.
