At Diesel Optimization, players focus on every part of baseball-throwing, hitting, speed, and agility. Each Part is about learning and improving together.

Two pitchers locked in at @dieseloptimization
Not competing against each other, but against yesterday’s version of themselves.

Throwing a bullpen isn’t just throwing - it’s about locking in, making adjustments, refining your craft, and showing up with intent every rep and every session.

Every pitch starts before the mound.

✅ Dynamic Warmup – Activate the body, lock in mobility, and set the tone.
✅ Individualized Plyometrics – Explosive movements tailored to YOUR game. Build power. Build precision.
✅ Throwing Routine – From light catch to full-intent throws. Feel the rhythm, build consistency.

Every step has purpose. Every rep builds the pitcher you want to become. 🎯
Bring the focus. Bring the fire. Let the work speak for itself.
