Focus: performance + artistry awareness through choreography + performance games.

Earlier this week, a dancer told us this was the first dance environment she had ever been in where she hadn’t experienced abuse.

That broke our hearts.

But when we look back on our own journeys, we know there are honest conversations this field has avoided for far too long.

Fear is not training.
Belittling dancers is not discipline.
Humiliation is not accountability.
And abuse is not the price young people should have to pay for greatness.

Dancers need spaces where they feel safe enough to try, fail, adjust, and try again. That is how real growth happens.

Growth is not a straight line. The leaders in the room must be just as patient, adaptable, and accountable as we expect our dancers to be.

A safe environment does not mean the standard is low. It means dancers can pursue a high standard without sacrificing their humanity.

We didn’t come here to play.
We didn’t come here to waste time.
We came here to be great... and how we get there matters.

This year, we’re using dance to become stronger artists, more disciplined people, and the kind of human beings we are incredibly proud of.
