I love to draw.
No AI. It feels gross in art because there's no consent and it's theft.

It feels good when I get these shots right when laying the first marks. Difficult part is being consistent in each panel. It's fun to learn through trusting the process as each each panel brings a new challenge to explore, with consideration of flow through out the page and to the next.

I didnt realize creating FX sounds can be an art in itself. It took a lot of thought avoiding words like "snap", "pop", or "rip" and exploring #onomatopoeia and making new ones. 🫠🙃😁

I learned to zoom out more when I'm working on this page. Better to look at it whole as I'm designing composition and inking.

It came out pretty. I learned a lot and tried not to redraw it from what I learned. I got to keep making pages. It's so rewarding designing, drawing, inking and coloring, but takes so much time and there's not enough time in a day. I gotta keep on truckin'.

Included a post of Stanley and his comfort zone of biting and purring. I can get hard and painful at times.

I didnt think I had any idea how I was going to color and light this scene. I had more curiosity replacing doubt. It became a path of discovery as art direction reveals itself when immersing my body and mind in this creative "play". I am happy how it came out contributing to story progression and underlining dialogue. I hope it shows that I'm having a lot of fun 😁
I accidentally fell into coloring in CMYK and not RPG, when I created the document beginning of this project. I hope the print looks as good as the digital screen when I get to that phase of production.
Does anyone have experience and thoughts about prints in CMYK from digital? I have a concern about color saturation and dark/light values coming through.

Inking away! I'm having a lot of fun with this project. It had become very addictive.

I'm developing depth expression. I want to simplify but this time around, I'm sticking with this detailed panel so I can keep on moving forward.
