August was a wild month out on the pavements. I PB’d my 1km, 5km, 10km & half marathon times all in the same month, capped off with the Koro Club PB event which was a banger. Grateful to have the old boy there supporting.

Pretty stoked with that while navigating early days of parenthood.

1km: 4:05
5km: 22:54 - 4:34/km
10km: 48:44 - 4:52/km
21km: 1hr 53- 5:24/km

Goal is to break these all by the end of the year.

It’s been a little over a week since G arrived earth side and while our sleep scores are low, our hearts haven’t been more full ❤️‍🔥

She has brought us endless laughs, happy tears and plenty of poo explosions. Although this week has been challenging doing a 3 hour feeding window, getting to celebrate Mother’s Day today bringing in the sunrise together as a family of 3 + 2 fur babies 🐶🐾has been everything I’ve wanted 🥺💐

Welcome to the world baby G 💞💞💞
Our beautiful girl arrived safely on May 1st.

It’s been a long journey to get here and she is worth the wait. These precious days full of new born cuddles feel amazing. She’s so squishy and has already been nicknamed a Bao bun 🥹

The support and love we’ve felt through the pregnancy has been huge. They say it takes a village and ours has been showing up for us at every step. We appreciate you all 🥰🥰

Soon to be Mum & Dad 💞

Soaking up the last few weeks before our lil princess joins us. Feels like all parts of our life are great right now and can’t wait to add her into the mix.

Never thought I’d be raising kids in Australia but when you stop and take it in the Sunny Coast is damn hard to beat.

Race day with my boy @kieranball10 #TheSledBoyz 🔥

Even though it’s slower than we wanted, it’s good to put a target up for next time. The boys are fired up and will be back for redemption.

I’m also grateful to be injury free and stoked to have some fun doing events like this. First good test for the Tractor this year. Might need a some new wheels or just more time out harvesting.

Hyrox Men’s Open Doubles ft The Tractor & Trailer. 1:20:39 + a 2 min penalty.

Not much to say really. The lads can erg and sled but holy we need a lot of running work 🥶
But a fun first hit out for the Fellas and an epic event. We’ll be back for sure 🫡
