as I did exactly this last night during a moment of anxiety...

if that’s your thing, go for it.

for me, it only created more frustration about what I could’ve been doing to make things better in the time I spent staring at a tiny screen, accomplishing nothing besides getting more anxious.

a little bit of scrolling here and there? fine.
doom scrolling? an absolute no for me.

why should beer have all the fun on game day?

I love any excuse for a theme party & elevating game day is such an easy way to plan a fall get together 🍂 🏈

it’s National Coffee Day, so I’ve gotta celebrate by sharing the best coffee-themed activity I did this year:

the North Fork Coffee Trail!

How it works…

1. get a Trail Card at one of the five participating cafés:

2. make a purchase at each café (doesn’t have to be coffee) & get that spot’s stamp on your card

New Hampshire’s Kancamagus scenic byway is one of the most beautiful places for fall leaf peeping & it’s not too late to book a trip there for the 2026 season 🍂
