Te obliga a adaptarte. Te obliga a organizarte. Te obliga a crecer. ✅️ De la mano del gran @halterkamas ● #weightlifting #halterofilia #fitness #gym #sport Olympic Weightlifting Halterofilia Clean And Jerk Sport Athlete Atleta Deporte Crossfit Growth Like by @teacherculann
PLAYOFF COPA DEL REY 26 Unfortunately, I pulled a muscle in my upper back, which took me out of training for nearly 3 weeks in the later stages of this training cycle. My numbers were lower, my bodyweight was lower: 87kg, but I was still able to compete, and that in itself is a success. Now im on the full comeback. We are getting better and better every single month. 👉🏼 @halterkamas ☆ #weightlifting #halterofilia #deporte #sport #athlete Olympic Weightlifting Halterofilia Fitness Weights Lifting Heavy Clean And Jerk Snatch Crossfit Athlete Atleta Competition Sport Lifting Gym by @teacherculann

How we get the recovery done in Éire... 🇮🇪 Thank you to @barn_sauna Limerick. Well needed after Sundays comp. You don't rise to the level of your expectations, you fall to the level of your preparation. ☆ #recovery #weightlifting #Athlete #cold #sauna by @teacherculann

Y no pasa nada. ☆ #halterofilia #weightlifting #Atleta #gimnasio #fitnessjourney Olympic Weightlifting Halterofilia Fitness Weights Lifting Heavy Clean Snatch Sport Strength Athlete Deporte Atleta Gym Health Mindset Like by @teacherculann
147KG NEW personal record at 88kg bodyweight... ✅️ in the great @halterkamas I come away from this competition with a lot to work on.. It was a tough competition for me for a number of reasons. I pulled off a +2kg record in the total, but it wasn't my best performance. I suffered it out. I weighed in at 88kg : 5kg less than my last comp, So there's definitely a lot of positives to take away, too. The result was far from the plan but still good overall. Thanks to my coaches and team for this incredible journey for the past 3 years. All credit really does go to them 💚 and we're only just starting. Now we go straight into prep for the next one, and I will do my coaches and team proud. ● #weightlifting #halterofilia #cleanandjerk #athlete #sport Olympic Weightlifting Halterofilia Fitness Weights Lifting Heavy Clean Snatch Sport Strength Athlete Deporte Atleta Gym Health Mindset Like by @teacherculann
LEINSTER OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP 26 🥉 🇮🇪 SNATCH : 105 | 110 | 115 CLEAN & JERK : 125 | 130 | 135 A 🥉 medal for all for my coaches and teammates back in Camas, Sevilla. Huge appreciation to Fernando coaching me through the headphones from Madrid with @conormcgrath98 connected in a videocall, holding the phone up to the live scoreboard. I feel properly blessed to be a part of @halterkamas and to have coaches like this supporting and giving up time they can never get back for me. l don't know what I would've done without Fernando talking me through every minute of the warmup, giving indications when to load the bar, what to load, when to lift, rest, drink water, how many attempts left and when to walk out onto the platform - when he's with me I feel like half of my strength is coming from him. (Even if I just have his voice talking to me through the headphones) This comp isn't really my success - it's Fernando's and the clubs success. It really shows what a great coach can do even when he's not around : Connected to me through the headphones and connected to two live streams: the scoreboard and the competition stream. ☆ #weightlifting #sport #Athlete #lifting #mindset Olympic Weightlifting Halterofilia Fitness Weights Lifting Heavy Clean And Jerk Snatch Crossfit Athlete Atleta fit trend Like Training Mindset by @teacherculann
