Additional photos and videos involving Jiwan Singh Johal, also known by the names “Jules,” “Jewels” and reportedly “Benji,” have surfaced online on @6ixEntertainment following his de*th in Langley, B.C.

Johal was reportedly associated with the Brothers Keepers, a B.C.-based organized cr*me group that emerged in the Greater Vancouver area around 2016. He had also reportedly faced dr*g-related charges in Manitoba and had previous attention from authorities in British Columbia.

Some of the newly circulating footage reportedly dates back to Johal’s teenage years. People familiar with his past have described him as someone who experienced b*lly*ng while growing up. Videos can be found on @6ixEntertainment ⬅️

Following his d*h, various claims have circulated online about what may have happened before the sh*ting, including an allegation that Johal may have been set up.

In a recent ruling, the Ontario Court of Appeal overturned a trial decision that had deemed a warrantless vehicle search unlawful. The lower court judge previously ruled that police needed more than just a glance at a vape pen featuring a THC sticker—such as questioning the driver or inspecting the device—to establish reasonable grounds. However, the province’s highest court disagreed, ruling that simply spotting the labeled pen within the driver’s reach legally justified the search, even without prior questioning or examination.

According to reports circulating online, Lil 26 (121/Humber) and other HOC/8935/Weston Road members allegedly made their way over to the 234/Falstaff area while looking for one of their alleged opps.

The group reportedly spun through the area before leaving. The incident is said to come shortly after Falstaff rapper “9ine” was reportedly locked up, adding further tension between the two sides.

It’s currently unclear if anyone was located or if anything further happened during the alleged trip. 👀 by @teadottv

One of four men charged in connection with the June 2024 shooting death of Yuvraj Goyal in South Surrey is set for sentencing proceedings in B.C. Supreme Court in December.
According to BC Prosecution Service officials, a sentencing hearing for Surrey’s Manvir Singh Basram is scheduled for 10 a.m. Dec. 4, 2026 in New Westminster.
It follows a guilty plea entered on Aug. 7, 2026, to one count of conspiracy to commit murder.

Goyal, 28, was found dead in the 900-block of 164 Street on June 7, 2024. Police had been alerted to gunfire shortly before 9 a.m.
The following day, charges of first-degree murder in connection with the killing were announced.
According to a media release issued at the time, suspects in the homicide were quickly identified and taken into custody following a co-ordinated response by Surrey RCMP, Air 1 and the Lower Mainland Integrated Emergency Response Team. Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) officials said Goyal had no history of contact with police.

The case was moved to Supreme Court following proceedings in Surrey Provincial Court that concluded Nov. 27, 2024.
A three-month jury trial had previously been scheduled to get underway on Sept. 14, 2026. A trial for Surrey’s Sahib Singh Basra and Harkirat Singh Jhutty, as well as Keilon Deshann Francois of Ontario – anticipated to span approximately three months – is scheduled to get underway on Sept. 7, 2027.
