it feels so amazing!!!! something new that i have only studied but never experienced!!

from the crying, dancing, singing, being wild and free at yoga mela i was fully open to receive, or rather discover within myself, teaching of an enlightened being. never have i been able to sit up straight and listen wholeheartedly for so many hours. it feels like finally coming home and being understood

People think i don’t mean it when i say what i feel inside, that circumstances do not matter to me, my peace is completely independent from this world:

I choose to feel trust, joy, love, that i am protected and important, so i am That

I choose to be beautiful, so i am beautiful

I choose to enjoy every part of life: I am that!

liberation is a place within you, your body is an instrument to create an inner experience that uploads into the collective consciousness. You are responsible for your inner state, we are all so important and powerful. Your body is designed to create Gods kingdom on earth, and you know….. inside, how to liberate yourself

it feels like i finally understand: don’t worship the gate. go into the temple. don’t worship Jesus, Buddha, Krishna. listen and live it.

with this flower i am celebrating 1 year sober today !!!🌺

i have noticed my intuition has become sky high, my body is speaking to me clearly, my subconscious is speaking to me in my dreams, i fall into meditation so fast and deep and when i close my eyes i see the sacred geometry play out so beautifully.

and i have come to love drunk people and when people let loose and get to be themselves. dancing and celebrating and connecting with strangers is SO pure, important and natural, it’s my favorite thing. it feels so good to feel laughter, sexual energy, childishness without needing to alter my natural state of consciousness

most important thing is that i have truly gotten to know myself, accept myself, my darkness and my light. to be 100% authentic

not a single drop of alcohol since march 2nd 2025, and i am the happiest and most extroverted Tea. AH IM SO PROUD🌺👸🏼🎀 taken in Playa de Fañabe, Adeje by @teagyllenborg

you don’t have to choose yoga, but you have to choose something

you don’t have to dedicate your life to enlightenment, but you can dedicate your life to ascension and expansion.

one conscious being, vibrates and equalizes the effect of thousands of beings operating from fear and suffering

some may find my message redundant because because i am in the body of a sensual girl, but that is my predicament. and i thinks its even more powerful than if i was an old man

things i learned this season:
i can do great things
i can do hard things
i am unstoppable
the world is mine and I am so welcome here
i am extremely lovable and charming
everybody deserves unconditional love, and they are merely acting out of their predicament
every face i see is so immensely pretty
my pleasure is important and beautiful and my highest priority
i love that i can feel pleasure so sweetly
i really do have immense hope for this world, everything is perfect and it is all advancing to completion

working seasons is so amazing, because you are always entering new cycles, every place on this earth invites a new frequency in you, these holy places, coming closer and closer to your true authentic self,

letting god strip away every fear, everything that no longer serving you on this path to completion

and the the pain of leaving with the mix of joy of going somewhere else. leaving something behind is so painful,

but it’s so fucking amazing getting on that flight, and your body is vibrating with the energy of entering into something new. jumping into the unknown , letting god cast the net for you, with the trust that you will be welcomed anywhere you go. always trusting the kindness in people’s hearts

meeting a thousand people, and learning to see yourself in all of them.
