Dad and I were kindly invited to spent the evening at RAKKAS where we took on the 12 course tasting menu… and we were both blown away with the experience. Every dish was so unique and full of flavour, and we loved hearing the stories behind each one. The team were so friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience feel really special. Such a beautiful night and definitely one to add to your Canberra dining list!

That’s how you do it @uccapitals 🔥

What an incredible season opener!! The atmosphere was incredible, the talent on court speaks for itself, and there’s nothing quite like watching elite women’s sport live.

Women’s sport deserves packed stadiums, loud crowds, and unwavering support. If you get the chance this season, come down and support the girls! Bring your friends, your family... You won’t regret it 🏀

Here’s to an incredible season ahead 👏

This has made my week so much easier!

I kept seeing @gymmealsdirect all over my feed, so naturally I had to see what the hype was about… and let me tell you, it really is as easy as everyone says.

In less than 3 minutes, I had a whole week’s worth of lunches sorted.

Simply browse the online menu, choose from 60+ meals, then select delivery or pickup, whatever works best for your schedule.

And that’s it.

Easy, convenient, and one less thing to think about during a busy week.

New hobby unlocked 🧑‍🍳

I joined Cook-W-Me & The Capital Food Markets for their first hands-on cooking class and left with a full belly, new skills, and a whole new appreciation for gnocchi!

If you’re looking for a fun date night, girls night, or just want to learn a new skill, I’d definitely recommend keeping an eye out for their upcoming classes

Good food starts with good ingredients, and that’s exactly what you’ll find at Mountain Creek Wholefoods Kitchen 🥗✨

I was lucky enough to be invited in last week to try their new lunch menu, and safe to say… I’ll definitely be back!

Everything is made fresh in-house daily using quality wholefood ingredients, so whether you’re after a nourishing lunch, a quick grab-and-go meal, or something to fuel a busy day, they’ve got you covered

As someone who’s always running between work, mum life and content days, I love finding places that make eating well feel easy. Fresh, convenient, packed with goodness, and genuinely delicious

If you’re in Griffith and looking for your next lunch spot, this one is absolutely worth checking out!

Thanks again to the team at @mountaincreekwholefoods for having me 🤎⭐️

Her tiny little hands 🥹

We’ve been playing with our new play kit from @lovevery.au and every piece has been so thoughtfully designed. I love that each kit is tailored to your little one’s stage of development, so the toys grow with them and support their learning through play.

Our current favourite is definitely the Fuzzy Buzzy Tree. It’s had us both entertained for ages. 🌳🐝

Such a beautiful way to encourage screen-free, purposeful play. 🤍

If you are interested you can use LOVETEAHHAYES20 for $20 off your first play kit as a new subscriber ❤️

It’s comeback season, baby!!

I’m so excited to be training at @high.definition.fitness Such a beautiful space with great people and incredible energy

Taking some time away from the gym was exactly what I needed, but I’m so ready to find my rhythm again and come back stronger than ever

Every postpartum journey looks different, and I truly believe we need to give ourselves the grace to find our feet again and make time for the things that fill our cup

The gym will always be a part of my life, but what that looks like will change with each season of motherhood, and I’m learning to embrace that
