Words can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am playing for @redbull Yet, conflicted. Where extreme dedication and hard work got me here, yet my mother is still stuck there. Mexico is where we are from, but her home is here in the mtns of Colorado.

This song is not to meant to polarize, blame or spread hate or anything with dark energy. It was written as a way for me to understand the world around me. Life happens so fast. With everything going on right now, there is no point to blame whoever. Love is the only answer. Show the love as a human race. The government is for the people. Not the other way around.

Growing up Mexican is what I can relate to. And watching the riots in California right now is heart breaking. In the Roaring Fork valley where I grew up, you can go into any restaurant, construction site, and or school etc and see the hard work and dedication the latin community gives. I am neither democratic or republican. I am human. America is not a perfect country. But no country is. But at least we are not North Korea. WE have the ability to spread love and show the world how differences can unite for the better of humanity. It is what made this country. The immigration from across the world to create the United States of America. I wish and aim to create a United country with people from different states of being, color, etc etc.

In the last verse I say “ we aint different we are just living different lives gotta realize that our eyes we are blind to our souls cuz color dont matter any more my mother showed a heart of gold”

A vision I have faith can be realized. by @teaj______
