POSTS STORIES REELS

I've been considering opening commissions for a while now, and the time has finally come. So, here we are!

.

How does it work?

Send me a dm introducing yourself, tell me which cosplay you want to commission, and send some reference images. If you have a specific deadline (and/or budget), let me know about it, and we can figure out how to work with that. Lastly, let me know if there's any requirements or requests for the cosplay, like specific fabrics to use or not to use, or any diversions from the canon outfit you'd like.

.

In the slides above, I've added some photos of my cosplays and other sewing projects. These include what I would consider my strengths. I love corsets, skirts and dresses, and embroidery. Also, as you might have noticed, I am a huge Critical Role fan, and would love to tackle more of those designs.
If your dream cosplay doesn't involve these things, no need to worry! I enjoy getting to use skills I don't usually get to employ for my own cosplays, and I love a challenge.

Looking for close ups of my work? I'll be putting up a portfolio highlight with full size images, which I'll be adding to whenever I complete a new project.

.

Please note, as I will be doing this next to a full time job, I will not be able to sew an entire cosplay the week before con for you, so be prepared for a bit of waiting time. Also because if this, there is a limited amount of slots right now. The actual number of commissions I will say yes to depends on how much time each of them will take up. I'll be putting and update in my story and bio once slots are full.

.

Any remaining questions, feel free to ask in comments or dms :)

In honour of having secured a Liam autograph for MCM, here are some Essek photos from last year's October MCM!

IT'S THURSDAY!!

Getting to be an absolute gremlin is honestly the best part of cosplaying Veth

A big thank you to @stickihattcosplayphotos , who was immediately on board with me climbing onto some boulders in this small river and then balancing on one foot

I had a wonderful first evening at @campcosplayevents and honestly, seeing so many people get excited about Rocky absolutely made my day. Amaze, amaze, amaze!! by @tealeaftales

Let's send off the year with some photos from MCM Birmingham - a month late but hey, at least they're here now!

-

I had a great time at MCM and honestly, I'm really learning that I have a much better time if I prioritise being comfy and having fun. Instead of three big cosplays, I went all in on Saturday with Essek and being in the masquerade. The other two days I decided to go without a wig and on Sunday, I impulsively fully dropped cosplaying. As much as I love being in full cosplay, I still had an amazing time with toning things down.

-

It's been a good year, y'all. I've met so many people and had a lot of great experiences. Let's do it all again, shall we? I'll see you at London Megacon ✌🏻

I don't always know the fandom, but I always enjoy shooting with people who are beautiful souls and Tealeaf is certainly one!

Emerging from my sewing hyperfixation that is Essek to drop this amazing photo from Camp Cosplay. Pretty sure I've said it before, but I had so much fun running around as my DnD character and feeling like a princess in my ballgown (despite the difficulty of traversing the mud at the castle ruins). I think I might bring Adhara to another con very soon...

I had so much fun at MCM October - especially with all of our Calebcon shenanigans. Despite this being the first time I took Essek to a con, he's instantly risen to comfort cosplay status. Yes, it takes me two and a half hours to put the makeup on and get dressed, but I felt so good in this cosplay.

So yeah, good times were had and I can't wait to get the proper photos back. If you didn't catch me as the most excitable Essek ever this con, I'll be at MCM Birmingham as well (and competing in the Saturday Masquerade) by @tealeaftales

Essek progress!

I am currently in the trenches sewing the trousers, but I'm so freaking happy with all of this so far! Especially that shirt is my absolute dream.

The finished version will premier at MCM Birmingham, where I'm competing in the masquerade, but I'll be around in the current version this Saturday.

If you see me as Essek there, come say hi and collect a trinket (which totally isn't a stolen beacon, I don't know why you would suggest that)

i guess this counts as #wipwednesday ? by @tealeaftales

This lighting?? It's so good!! I am starting to believe togs might just be magical...
