☕️ Even though 75% say they take breaks during the day, it turns out that we define breaks as «the commute to work», «when I fill my water bottle» or «taking a coffee while reading on my phone»

🏃🏻‍♀️ Our breaks are always filled with something, and we are rarely in a state where we are not on the way to, should, or must do something else.
