I’m proud to have the endorsement of the United Steelworkers Toronto Area Council (STAC), representing 14,000 members of the United Steelworkers in the Toronto and York Region.

STAC has a strong tradition of activism and community involvement and are active in the campaign for green jobs, standing in solidarity with striking and locked out workers, and on many other fronts. Toronto’s public ERs are a shared resource that are at stake in this municipal election. As your City Councillor, I am absolutely committed to championing policies that put Torontonians’ public health first, including re-establishing 24/7 Respite Centres with walk-in access and doubling funding for daytime drop-ins to ensure safe indoor space and life-saving resources during extreme weather.

I am honoured to have Melissa Goldstein’s endorsement.

Melissa is an affordable housing advocate, policy researcher, and community organizer with the Parkdale Activity—Recreation Centre and No Demovictions, as well as a member of the City of Toronto's Tenant Advisory Committee.

Massive shout out to our DCM Campaign Legend! J got a special button today for their 20th volunteer shift. That’s 20 times they’ve knocked on doors, made phone calls, put up signs, and supported Team McNally at events. Sometimes, even with a broken arm ❤️‍🩹 💪

J has supported our campaign since the spring and has been an amazing person to walk alongside. They always bring positivity and energy to keep us all motivated. No campaign is possible without great volunteers, but this campaign truly has the best volunteers we could ask for!

So glad to have J as part of Team McNally.

Having my friend Peter Martin’s endorsement means the world to me.

Peter and I first met when I was working at a local drop-in centre that he frequented as a client. He’d been living indoors and outdoors in different areas, including an encampment in Leslie Spit. Prior to that, he was a practicing attorney.

Peter came daily to the drop-in, usually for coffee and a chat. In what became the first of many collaborations, I encouraged him to join our Steering Committee. Today, he’s a full-time housing advocate, and I’m so proud to fight alongside him to end homelessness and bring housing for all.
