What happens when a show you planned on doing gets canceled? Meet @iamsarahnicole ....a @team_ashfitness client that hasn’t let a show cancelation stop her from busting her ass to achieve her goal of standing on stage showcasing all her hard work. Even through this pandemic!

Proving to you that you don’t have to gain 50+lbs in the off season from eating shitty foods. @fueledfromwithin has tripled his food intake, leaner, bigger and the weight in both pictures are almost identical?! Science is cool 😎 @team_ashfitness @missashleysarina by @team_ashfitness

Same shirt, different body composition 🤗 @uhleeshhhaaa by @team_ashfitness

Big congratulations to @c_wallace77 for placing this weekend at Badger State in WI! First show in the books and now the game plan to grow! 💪🏼🏆 by @team_ashfitness
