Deans pro card winning routine from prejudging.

The second I saw his foot step off those stairs and onto the stage I have every bit of confidence in the world that we were taking this one home.

As always - @bavee_ifbbpro perfecting this routine.

We didn’t LOVE how he executed his back pose at prejudge so made some big adjustments for finals that are a huge reason he was able to lock it down in the overall.

Wow 🤯 first show officially in the books! I’ll have a few more posts about things but man it was a journey, 1 1/2 years to be exact.

I couldn’t be happier with my result, managing to take home 1st in Novice, Junior, and Open Class C. Even crazier that I came 2nd overall and got to centre stage in the final!

Firstly I would like to extend massive thanks to my coach @the_brandonchan Over the last year you have not only helped me develop as a bodybuilder but also as an individual and I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am for your mentorship ❤️ To my posing coach @bavee_ifbbpro thank you for taking me from a silly little robot to someone who could actually pose. I wouldn’t have looked so good on stage without your guidance :) Also have to shoutout @teamacewear for the stage shorts. These were absolute heat and it felt so cool to be up there wearing them.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and sent kind words, it means the world to me :) I would also like to give a special mention to my brother @mercenaryraccoon you pretty much did this prep with me and being able to spend time with you made it so much easier. Love you forever bro ❤️ and to my family (even tho they don’t use insta) I love you guys to the moon and back. Your support means everything to me.

Thank you to my friends for always being such W ppl, u guys know who u r hehe.

Lastly I would like to extend massive thanks to @westcoastiron for providing such an amazing training environment, @vancityshowdown for putting on such an amazing show, the judges and volunteers, as well as the tanning and makeup girls with @bombshell.productions none of this would be possible without your work and sacrifices.

This experience was truly once in a lifetime and I will never forget it! With that being said, next time I step on stage I’m going to bring something truly undeniable. I can’t wait to be back 🫡🤫 Team @campevolution is cooking ❤️‍🔥

𝗪𝗢𝗪… 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗔 𝗙𝗨𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗝𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗘𝗬. 🏆

Two years ago, I stepped on stage at a natural bodybuilding show. When it was over, instead of feeling fulfilled, I felt empty.

I thought becoming a bodybuilder would fill a void inside me.

𝗜𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁.

That feeling pushed me to make a huge decision. I changed coaches, and that’s when I approached @khaledoft1 .

He told me bluntly:

“You are not meant to be a bodybuilder. You do not have the genetics.”

That fucking hurt.

But maybe it was exactly what I needed to hear.

From that moment, my coach and I went to work. We worked relentlessly on my posture, my waist, my weak points, my posing and everything that was holding me back.

𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆.

This isn’t for everyone, but this is what 𝗜 chose.

Every meal. Every workout. Every cardio session. Every correction. Everything that was suggested…

𝗜 𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗜𝗧.
WE DID IT.
And here we are today. 🙏🏼🏆

There was even a point before prep when I wanted to back out. @sylvandrovic reminded me that I owed it to myself to see this through. Brother, thank you. ❤️

To @yadiraramosoceguera , you’re family. To @tusaislequell , thank you for getting me through some of the hardest moments of this prep and always being there.

🌪️ 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗗𝗢 🌪️@teamtornado

@duojiesuonan_ifbbpro. Thanks brother 🙏

To every friend who showed up at prejudging and finals, every client who followed this journey, and everyone who messaged me, encouraged me and believed in me…

𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘. ❤️

I felt every bit of it.

This win might have my name attached to it, but I didn’t get here alone.

𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗨𝗦. 🏆

Finally …

@khaledoft1 , thank you, Coach. 🙏🏼 Your kindness, humility and belief in me mean more than you know. You truly are a coach’s coach and an example of what a great coach should be. Thank you for believing in me. ❤️

But I’m still thirsty.

Like they said in American Gangster:

“Quitting while you’re ahead is not the same as quitting.”

𝗜 𝗔𝗜𝗡’𝗧 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚.

𝗜’𝗠 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗚𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗘𝗥. 🚀

The sky is the limit. 🏆🙏🏼 by @teamacewear

Favourite looks from the 2026 Season.

DC Pro

- First show of the year, felt the look was really fresh and clean, could have held fullness a bit better but overall really liked the presentation and how the aesthetics were displayed at this show.

St Pete Pro

- Probably my most polished look of the season, good balance with fullness and condition. Also tan/make up/ all the little details were so on point at this show.

Van Pro

- I think we really nailed this one, fullest, most conditioned, biggest look, pretty damn dry too. Also was super fun to do a hometown show in front of friends and family.

Was awesome to see the improvements each show, collect data and get better for the next one. Definitely excited to get this next off season underway. I still have about 10lbs I can add in my weight cap, so I’m really prioritizing adding tissue in the right areas.

Feedback has been pretty consistent this past year. Key take aways is the structure, frame and core/waistline is great and perfect for men’s physique but I need to be thicker in the chest and back. So we gotta add some slabs of meat so when we come to stage we’re not missing anything and competitive in the first callouts.

Road to 2027.
