Thursday! round 2 🤭 let’s dance! by @teamathenadtx

Can’t believe it’s already been a full month since our first girls’ trip to LA for @idl.global ✨🤍

We couldn’t have asked for a more monumental way to close out SZN9. No guest choreographers, no guest dancers, no props, bells, or whistles. Just US. Our girls, our choreography, our vision and commitment to the craft ⚔️

Taking some much-needed time to rest and reset as we prepare for the next chapter… stay tuned 😉 by @teamathenadtx

"Athena Avenue" was a return to our roots — an ode to our red SZN 6 win that changed everything. With a cast made up largely of first-year members, we built a performance that reflects not only how far we've come, but sets the tone for where we're going 🏆⚔️

To our contributing choreographers, @ysabellecaps & @alekzsamone - thank you for pouring into our girls! Ysabelle, it was an honor to exchange with you and have such a quality training experience this year. Alekz, not only did you present such a challenging piece for us, but you hopped onstage too! Sharing this win with you means so much, but having you a part of our family means so much more 🫂⚔️

To our prop team- Chad, Bud, Gretchen, Joe, and all the great people at @dallasstagescenery, our first time tailor @jenuenn, our one-man media team @ra7ph, and our favorite DJ @b_rad_beasley —thank you for your professionalism, flexibility, and beautiful craftsmanship. You all are such important building blocks in our creative process. Every request @kykuura threw your way was executed exceptionally and we appreciate all you do 🧱⚔️

To the studios that keep us moving- @centrefordance,
@studio12dancecenter, @kumbaladancestudio, and to Lisa, Susan, Ms.P, Cadence, Vicente, and Karla - thank you for always keeping the doors open to us. We are so grateful to be able to call so many places home 🏠⚔️

To our guest dancers from @duthecrew and @floorinvasion, thank you for coming in and rising to the occasion. You will always have a home with us. And an extra thank you to the moms that handled all the transport, lunches, and care through this process. Moms make the world go round ❤️‍🔥⚔️

A special thank you to the first born, only son of Team Athena Land, @devioncamp, this machine doesn't run without you! We are so proud of your development this season from spearheading the Angels program to setting your first piece for the team. There is no us without you 💐⚔️

And to our captains @sandie_phan and @mattieostlund — thank you for always maintaining our standard. Your leadership, consistency, and presence shaped this season in ways many will never see, but we always will 🧡⚔️ by @teamathenadtx

SZN9: Choose your fighter 🧱🧨⚔️
