Who is Mr. Klaus Balkenhol? Is a question any and all dressage riders worldwide would know the answer to.
He is a successful trainer, a successful Olympian, an amazing rider but before all that he’s a true horseman.
This is something that everyone who knows him sees, the horses adore him.
They are his friends, he teaches with the classical principals and a gentle but firm hand.
Modern day dressage is progressing and regressing at the same time and in this time it’s important for us to see and remember the correct outline of a horse and the suppleness and willingness with which horses like Goldstern carried themselves.
To be at Stall Balkenhol is to be at the home of dressage and where the principals of this sport are nurtured.

Someone who thinks they know it all has already lost in sport. 😮‍💨

Today, on @anabelbalkenhol birthday, we are celebrating a mindset that matters just as much as talent:
stay humble, stay open and never stop learning. 🎂🎈

We are very happy with our first show after four month.
High Five did a very nice Grand Prix, in the Grand Prix Special we had two significant mistakes, but other than that we had a really nice test as well and ended up at 5th place. Today he had a relaxed day enjoying the sun!!! #dressagehorsesofinstagram #dressagerider #equestrian #teambalkenhol #dressagehorse by @teambalkenhol

Basis & Strukrur @teambalkenhol
