A great day of recovery with the lads at @boherbuegaa Club 🙌🏼

A huge thank you to Boherbue for having us out at the weekend! We had 26 lads through the recovery session and it was an absolute pleasure to work with the group

From sauna & ice baths to compression therapy, mobility and myofascial release, our mobile recovery sessions are designed to help teams recover, reset and feel ready for the next session💪🏼

We bring everything to you, making it easy for clubs to give their players a proper recovery experience without having to leave the club.
