POSTS STORIES REELS

Today we celebrate an incredible woman. 🤍

Carmel, you are strength, discipline, resilience, and heart.

A mother, a business owner, and a woman who wakes up at 4:30 AM and drives to train with me before most people even start their day. That says so much about who you are.

I’ve watched you show up tired, busy, and carrying so much, but you keep going. You keep building. You keep choosing yourself.

And while I may be your coach, you inspire me more than you know.

Your strength goes far beyond the gym, and I hope today you realize how powerful your story truly is.

Happy Birthday, Carmel. ❤️ @thesucculentbody
I’m so proud of you and so grateful to have you as part of Team Daltro.

Keep shining. You deserve everything beautiful that is coming your way. 🥹❤️

I love you !! by @teamdaltro

Happy birthday to a woman I’m so proud to call not only my client, but today, a dear friend. 🤍

A little over a year ago, you started training with me, and having the opportunity to watch your journey has been so special. Not only the physical transformation, but the woman you continue to become stronger, more confident, more certain of what you want, and more connected to who you truly are.

Watching this Hyrox video makes me emotional because I know what this means to you.

Last year, you showed up.
This year, you came back stronger and surpassed your own limits.

And that is so YOU.

You don’t do hard things because you have something to prove to anyone. You do them because challenging yourself is part of who you are. You keep choosing to go a little further, dig a little deeper, and discover just how strong you really are.

And your strength goes far beyond any competition.

You are an incredible woman, an amazing mother to two beautiful children, a loving wife, a dedicated athlete, and someone with a heart just as strong as her body.

I hope today you look at yourself and feel proud of the woman you have become because the people around you definitely are.

It is such a privilege to coach you, to witness your evolution, and now to call you my friend.

Happy birthday, beautiful. 🥹🤍
Keep challenging yourself. Keep growing. Keep becoming more and more YOU.

You deserve to celebrate everything you are today. ✨
Love you @chelseahaz ❤️

@nmperaza I love you too ❤️ by @teamdaltro

Three exercises. One machine. Three completely different training goals.

One of the biggest mistakes I see is people thinking that every lower body exercise does the same thing.

It doesn’t.

The way you move, the movement pattern you choose, and how you challenge your body all change the training stimulus.

Today I used the same machine for three different purposes:

✔ Reverse Squat
I love this variation because it allows me to train through a deep, controlled range of motion while placing a strong emphasis on hip extension and glute engagement.

✔ Good Morning
This is one of my favorite hip hinge movements. A strong posterior chain—your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back—is the foundation of lower body strength. If you want stronger glutes, don’t overlook the muscles that work with them.

✔ Single-Leg Good Morning
Training one leg at a time is one of the best ways to challenge stability, coordination, and body control. It also helps you recognize differences between your right and left side that often go unnoticed during bilateral exercises.

After years of coaching women, one thing has become very clear to me:

Results don’t come from doing more exercises. They come from understanding why you’re doing each one.

Every movement should have a purpose.

Every rep should have intention.

That’s how you build strength that lasts.

✨ Save this workout for your next lower body session, and if you learned something new today, share it with someone who loves training as much as you do.

MOTHER’S DAY WEEK — CELEBRATING POWERFUL MOMS 🩷

We’re starting this special week by celebrating Carol a mother, a wife, a businesswoman, and a true inspiration.

Carol is Nina’s mom, and Nina is the most beautiful reflection of the love, presence, and dedication she receives every single day.

Behind every sweet, confident, well-loved child, there is usually a woman giving her heart, her time, her energy, and her best and Carol is that woman.

She is the owner of six @pinpointcafe , she shows up for her family, supports her husband, runs her businesses, and still finds time to take care of herself.

And today, we’re not just celebrating her beauty.
We’re celebrating her strength.

In this video, Carol is doing 490 lbs hip thrusts for 12 perfect reps , proof that motherhood doesn’t make you less powerful.

It makes you unstoppable.

Carol, you are an example of discipline, love, elegance, and strength. Thank you for inspiring so many women around you.

This week, we celebrate you.
This week, we celebrate mothers.
This week, we celebrate women who do it all and still rise. 🩷

Happy Mother’s Day Week to all the powerful moms.

Some cycles don’t end… they evolve.

Today, I closed a chapter with someone who holds a very special place in my heart and in my journey.
For over two years, we walked side by side growing, learning, pushing limits, and becoming stronger in every way.

She didn’t just grow physically.
I watched her transform from the inside out.
Her discipline, her consistency, her mindset… that’s what truly sets her apart.

And that’s exactly why I know she is going to reach everything she’s dreaming of. And even more.

Today, she’s stepping into a new level of competition.
A level that demands 100% focus, full dedication, and a specific kind of guidance.

And as much as I love this sport… as much as I have the knowledge and the passion…
I also know that right now, my purpose is leading me in a different direction.

I believe in giving 100% to everything I do.
And today, my focus is no longer on prep coaching.

So this isn’t a goodbye.
This is me respecting her journey.
This is me supporting her growth.
This is me cheering for her, from the sidelines, with pride in my heart.

She knows I’m here. Always.

Because real connections don’t break when paths change.
They grow stronger.

I’m so proud of you. Always. ❤️ @dannysimonyi

She is 46. And she is everything most people say they don’t have time to be.

A business owner of Deep Lights.
A present, loving, intentional mother.
A woman who carries responsibility on her shoulders… and still chooses herself.

Carmel is not just dedicated — she is disciplined when it’s hard.
She shows up when no one is watching.
She gives her best to her son, to her work, and still finds space to give her best to herself.

That’s not luck.
That’s a decision. Every single day.

And this… is the result.

Strong. Radiant. Alive.

Watching her reminds me that no matter how full life gets —
we always have a choice.

To give up…
or to rise.

I hope when you see her, you don’t just admire her.

I hope you feel called to become her.

I don’t just teach it… I live it.

In the middle of building a business, long days, responsibilities…
I still show up for me.

Not because it’s easy.
But because it’s necessary.

This is your reminder:
You don’t need perfect conditions
you need commitment.

Today was posterior chain day 👇🏼
• Seated Leg Curl
• Romanian Deadlift
• Good Morning
• Standing Leg Curl

Strong glutes aren’t built by chance.
They’re built with intention, consistency… and discipline.

And no matter how busy life gets
you still deserve to feel strong in your own body.

This is 41.
This is discipline.
This is self-respect.

💗 You don’t find time. You make it.

Save this for your next leg day.

Lately, life has been full.
Long days. 10, sometimes 12 hours of work.
Building something bigger than me.

But in the middle of all of this… I don’t forget her.

Me.

Because I’ve been there before —
the moments where I gave so much to everything and everyone else…
that I almost lost myself.

And I promised myself I wouldn’t let that happen again.

So I show up.
Even if it’s just few exercises.
Even if it’s not perfect.
Even if I’m tired.

Because this is not just about my body.
It’s about my mind. My energy. My identity.

I’m a woman.
41 years old.
Still building, still evolving…
but this time, without leaving myself behind.

And if you’re in a busy season of your life too —
don’t forget her.

💗 You.

Because you deserve to feel strong, inside and out.

They’ll call her a great mom.
They’ll say she’s an amazing wife…

And she is. 🤍

But what I admire the most?

She didn’t lose herself in any of those roles.

She remembers she is a woman first.

Strong.
Disciplined.
Beautiful.
Powerful.

A woman who shows up.
Who takes care of herself.
Who prioritizes herself

Because when a woman chooses herself…
she becomes unstoppable. ✨

And that energy?
It elevates everyone around her.

I built a community before I built a studio.

Team Daltro was never just about workouts.
It was about women.
Connection.
Support.
Growth.

Over 50 women…
Some still with me, some who trained with me in the past —
but all forever part of this family.

And at some point… it became too big for just me.

No more spots.
No more hours in my day.
But still… so many women I wanted to reach.

That’s when Brazilian Glute Club was born.

Not just to grow…
But to expand this feeling.
This safe space.
This sisterhood.

Yesterday was our first instructors training…
And I couldn’t be prouder.

Four of my own clients, women I’ve mentored, guided, and believed in … now standing beside me, helping lead this movement.

We prayed together.
We shared dreams.
We stepped into something bigger than all of us.

And the most beautiful part?

We’re building classes for EVERY woman.
From beginners… to advanced.
From insecure… to confident.

Because here…
you don’t need to be ready.
You just need to start.

This is no longer just my vision.

It’s becoming OURS.

💗

Welcome to something bigger.
