Sarah Dawson + Juliette Jonez = Magic ✨🪄 Both represent some of the best in the Western performance horse game; Dawson growing up alongside her clinician father Richard Winters and eventually going into the horse training business herself. In 2022, she became the youngest NRCHA Million-Dollar Rider, a milestone she shares with her husband a business partner Chris.
The @_classicequine-protected bay mare beneath her is the result of a cross of Travelin Jonez, a big bay stallion Chris campaigned, and Shine Smarter, a mare Dawson rode early in her reined cow horse career.
Juliette Jonez is owned by Linda Mars, another female powerhouse in the equine industry, and we’re cheering the girl power on all the way. by @teamdph

Yesterday, NRCHA joined the five War Horses for Veterans riders at Dawson Performance Horses as they prepared for the upcoming War Horse Challenge. With coaching from Chris Dawson and Russell Dilday, the riders spent the day building their skills and getting ready to step into the arena in Fort Worth.

Presented by Icon Global, the War Horse Challenge will take place Saturday, October 24, during the Open Futurity Finals at the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity®. We can’t wait to cheer them on! by @teamdph
