BIG NEWS 🚨

TeamFeePay has secured new investment to help us grow across the UK and Europe and create 75 new jobs along the way 🙌

This next phase means more innovation, more support for clubs, and less admin for volunteers everywhere.

How many jobs do you do at your club?

Treasurer. Secretary. Team admin. Welfare officer. Fixture organiser.

If you're wearing two or three hats, you're not alone.

Most grassroots clubs don't have a volunteer shortage. They have a recruitment challenge. Because when the message says "Can anyone help?", it usually gets plenty of views and very few replies.

We're proud to announce a new partnership with Huntingdonshire FA as their Official Club Support Partner 🤝

Huntingdonshire FA has backed the county game since 1894. More than 130 years on, it's still doing the same job, supporting the clubs, leagues, referees, coaches and volunteers who keep football going across Huntingdonshire.

Those volunteers carry a lot. Registrations, subs, the club shop, fundraising, compliance, usually on a weeknight, after a full day's work.

Working alongside Huntingdonshire FA, we'll help take some of that weight off. Affiliated clubs get a dedicated account manager, tailored guidance on sustainability, income generation and volunteer support, and a team of football people who play, coach and volunteer themselves, on hand when clubs need them most.

So the hours that used to go on spreadsheets and chasing payments can go back into the game.

200+ members. No dedicated treasurer.

For Paignton Villa Youth FC, collecting subscriptions wasn't just another admin task. It was one more job for the volunteers already managing teams, organising fixtures and keeping the club running week after week.

Kevin Fox, Secretary at Paignton Villa Youth FC explains the difference TeamFeePay has made:
