Huge congratulations to @teamgohari athlete @lewistan.tfa for earning 2x silver medals yesterday, 1x in Classic Physique and 1x in Men’s Physique at the Australian National Championships @ifbbproleagueoz 👏

This was Lewis’ 3rd show in a row, and once again we improved on every look. He stepped on stage 3kg heavier than just 6 days ago, our goal was to bring a much fuller package with the same conditioning, in fact, he ended up looking even crisper.

The past few weeks have been all about gathering data. I had Lewis checking in 3x a day (fasted, post-workout, and before bed), so I could track how his physique transitioned from night to morning and then with food, fluids, and a pump. By the night before the show, I knew exactly how he would look on stage, and that’s why those final tweaks paid off.

This isn’t about guessing or hoping, it’s about collecting data, analysing visuals, making a precise plan, and executing it.

Bodybuilding and coaching are far more complex than most people realise, and that’s exactly what makes this the greatest sport in the world to me. In just 6 days, we created two completely different looks, proof that when science and experience combine, that’s when the magic happens 🪄

I love bodybuilding, I live and breathe it every day.

Ready to unlock your full potential? We’re now accepting new clients, whether you’re stepping on stage or just looking to level up. Let’s get to work.

@ifbbproleagueoz

Jacob isn’t the biggest, but he’s one of the most complete and conditioned. There’s a reason we call him “The Giant Killer.”

Well done, brother — a bright future ahead! The plan now is to get him bigger, as I truly believe Jacob can one day become a really good 212 bodybuilder.

A LOT CAN CHANGE IN JUST 6 WEEKS WHEN YOU’RE LOCKED IN. 🔐

So, what did we do?

We put Danny on a structured nutrition and training plan tailored to his lifestyle, goals and individual needs.

But having the best training plan means very little if you don’t know how to execute it properly.

This is why we take training execution so seriously at Team Gohari.

Danny sends me videos of EVERY SINGLE exercise he performs, and yes, he’s still doing it consistently after 6 weeks.

He receives feedback the same day and applies it the next time he trains.

The difference in his execution compared to 6 weeks ago is night and day. His understanding of biomechanics and how to effectively target each muscle has improved massively.

One thing we always tell our clients when they sign up:

“The more you ask for, the more you get out of our coaching services.”

The more videos you send, the more feedback you receive. The more questions you ask, the more you learn.

Our goal isn’t just to give you a plan. It’s to educate you and make sure you’re getting the most out of everything you do.

Better execution. Better understanding. Better results.

Massive congratulations to Danny @_ddc.45_ We’re extremely proud of your commitment and progress.

FROM HOSPITAL BED TO IFBB STAGE 💯

Some of you may have seen parts of my journey in a previous post, but for those who missed it, here’s a little more of my story.

Just over two years ago, my life changed after a motorbike accident at 140km/h.

Five broken bones in my wrist, a fractured arm, knee and lower back, broken toes, multiple severe burns and skin graft surgery.

I spent four weeks in hospital and had to learn how to walk properly again.

Fast forward to September 2026, I stepped on stage for my first bodybuilding competition.

The journey wasn’t easy, physically or mentally. There were setbacks, difficult days and plenty of moments where progress felt impossible.

But I refused to let my injuries define what I could achieve.

I’m sharing this because I know there are people out there dealing with injuries, mental health struggles or simply feeling like they’ve lost their way.

Your circumstances don’t have to determine your future. With patience, consistency and the right support, you can rebuild yourself.

If I can come back from this, so can you 🙏🏼

Massive appreciation to my coach @ethangohari_ifbbpro for guiding me through this journey and helping me achieve something I once thought was impossible.

One of the reasons I started coaching was to help others build that same confidence, strength and belief in themselves.

Never underestimate what you’re capable of.

PEAK WEEK DOESN’T NEED TO BE COMPLICATED. 🎯

Massive congratulations to @teamgohari athlete @rahimi_fit_sydney - firstly for bringing his absolute best physique to the stage, and secondly for taking 3rd place at the @ifbbproleagueoz Australian Nationals in the Men’s Physique Open which is huge. 🥉

But what I’m most proud of as his coach?

We absolutely NAILED the peak.

This was one of the smoothest peak weeks we’ve had.

Food stayed around maintenance for basically the entire week. Some days slightly more, some slightly less, based on what his physique was actually showing us each day.

No blindly following a spreadsheet.

No aggressive last-minute changes just because it was “peak week.”

We reviewed his physique DAILY and adjusted accordingly.

Water stayed consistent.
Sodium stayed consistent.
Potassium intake stayed consistent.
Food was adjusted based on his look.

I knew with Sam’s physique that aggressively cutting water or suddenly manipulating sodium and potassium would most likely leave him looking flatter and softer, not better.

That’s something people need to understand about peak week:

MORE manipulation doesn’t automatically mean a BETTER peak.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is keep the variables that are already working CONSISTENT and only manipulate what actually needs manipulating.

And this is exactly why you cannot copy and paste the same peak-week protocol onto every athlete.

Different physiques.
Different responses to carbohydrates.
Different levels of conditioning.
Different stress levels.

Different athlete = different approach.

That’s what makes bodybuilding so interesting.

The goal isn’t to make as many changes as possible during peak week.

The goal is to bring the athlete’s best possible physique to the stage.

Peak went exactly as planned.

Conditioning ✅
Fullness ✅
Digestion ✅
Stage look ✅

Best he’s ever looked, when it mattered most.

Proud of you brother.

Big congratulations to @teamgohari athlete @rahimi_fit_sydney on his placings at the NSW @ifbbproleagueoz State Show 🏆

Bodybuilding is about constantly making improvements and bringing a better version of yourself every single time you step on stage, and it’s safe to say Sam did exactly that. The goal is never just about the placing, it’s about progressing from the previous package, executing the plan, and continuing to raise the standard each time. We brought a noticeably improved look to this show, and I couldn’t be happier with how he represented himself and Team Gohari.

Sam walked away with 2nd place in Men’s Physique Novice and 3rd place in Men’s Physique Open in a very competitive lineup.

Nationals next week, and I’m confident in saying we’ve already made improvements on this look. Now it’s about tightening up the final details and bringing his best package yet to the stage.

So proud of you Sam.

WE ALL START SOMEWHERE. 27 kg / 59.5 lbs difference…

Left: my first year competing, after already training for 8 years.

Right: guest posing 3 weeks out from this year’s Mr. Olympia.

Your starting point doesn’t matter nearly as much as what you do from there.

The progress you make matters.
The work you put in matters.
The consistency matters.
And most importantly, how long you’re willing to keep going when nobody else sees what you see matters.

If you looked at me back then, you probably wouldn’t have thought I’d make history one day.

People doubted whether I could even turn Pro.

I heard it all:

“He doesn’t have the genetics.”
“He’s too small.”
“He’ll never turn Pro.”
“He’s this… he’s that…”

And you know what? That’s okay.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. But their opinion doesn’t have to become your reality.

I kept my head down. I believed in myself. I worked. I stayed consistent. And year after year, I got better.

Eventually, I became the first Australian Classic Physique athlete to win a Pro show and qualify for the Olympia.

Not because I started with the best physique.

Because I refused to let my starting point determine where I could finish.

And even now, I don’t feel like I’ve “made it.” I still see so much room to improve. I still wake up hungry to become better.

Give me a few more years.

So if you have a goal that people around you don’t understand, stop looking for their approval.

They’re not you.
They don’t know what you’re capable of.
And they definitely don’t get to decide your ceiling.

Believe in yourself. Put the work in. Stay consistent long enough to find out just how far you can actually go.

On Sunday, September 6th 2026, I stepped onto an IFBB stage for my first ever Men’s Physique competition.

Something I kept almost completely to myself.

I didn’t tell many people I was competing. For a long time I’ve been pretty isolated, quiet and focused on myself. Behind closed doors, I’ve been working tirelessly towards a goal that I set nearly two years ago.

But this journey started long before prep.

Nearly two years ago, I was involved in a serious motorbike accident that completely changed my life.

I fractured my lower back, knee, broke my toes, fractured my arm, broke five bones in my wrist, suffered soft tissue damage to both wrists and sustained multiple third and fourth degree burns, including a substantial skin graft.

I spent 4 weeks admitted in hospital, followed by another 6–8 weeks as an outpatient between Westmead Hospital, Concord Burns Clinic and Northwest Private Hospital.

I lost 15kg.

I had to learn how to walk again.

When I finally left hospital, I was at rock bottom.

Physically, mentally and spiritually, I was in the worst place I had ever been in my life.

I could have allowed that chapter of my life to consume me. I could have stayed angry, depressed and focused on everything I had lost.

Instead, I decided I wanted to rebuild myself.

Once I received clearance from my doctors to begin training again, I reached out to Ethan Gohari.

I came to @ethangohari_ifbbpro with a goal. I wanted structure back in my life. I wanted discipline. I wanted something that would challenge me mentally and physically and give me something meaningful to work towards.

I told him that one day I wanted to compete in the IFBB Federation.

Nearly two years later, we did exactly that.

I wasn’t born with big quads I I BUILT them.

In fact, my legs used to be one of the weakest parts of my physique.

So if you think your legs “just won’t grow” or you weren’t blessed with the genetics for big quads, watch this.

I turned one of my biggest weak points into one of my strengths by figuring out what actually worked, improving my execution, getting stronger at the movements that mattered, and repeating it for YEARS.

Your weak points don’t have to stay weak points.

Watch until the end and SAVE this for your next leg day. 📌

16 weeks ago, Joe came to Team Gohari after a coaching experience that had taken a lot of the enjoyment out of bodybuilding for him.

The story behind this transformation means even more to me.

When Joe came to us, he felt like just another number.

His feedback wasn’t listened to. If he didn’t enjoy certain foods, it was basically “this is your diet, eat it.”

Training videos weren’t being reviewed, even though there was so much potential to improve his execution. Communication was minimal and messages would sometimes barely get a response.

Hearing that genuinely bothered me.

Because that’s not coaching.

You’re coaching a HUMAN BEING, not a spreadsheet.

Everyone has different preferences, lifestyles, digestion, biomechanics, strengths and weaknesses.

If I can give you foods you enjoy while still achieving the same goal, why wouldn’t I?

If your training can be improved, I want to see your videos, analyse your execution and make sure you’re getting everything possible from every set.

A good coach listens. A good coach communicates. A good coach CARES.

And in only 16 weeks, Joe has improved massively I physically AND mentally.

Yesterday he made weight for the Under 70s, then we executed a carb-up we had already practised beforehand.

No guessing. No panic.

We nailed the look, best peak in his line up. 🎯

Full, conditioned and tight. Now we simply need more time to add size to his frame and become even more competitive.

🥇 1st I Under 70kg
🔥 First callout I Classic Physique
