Locked in for NATURALS 🇨🇦
Team HT just checked in 💪
Nationals tomorrow… we’re ready 🏆 by @teamhtathletic

Show up. Show out. Sweep the whole damn stage. 💥 Proud is an understatement — my athletes came, saw, and conquered. But we stay hungry. 🙏🔥 by @teamhtathletic

He already had a coach before he came to me. So what was missing?

When I first met Joseph, he told me he had always dreamed of doing a bodybuilding show.

But there was one problem.

He didn’t believe he was good enough to step on stage.

He was already going to the gym and putting in the work.

But he didn’t have a clear workout plan, a proper food plan, or weekly check-ins to help him stay on track.

He knew where he wanted to go. He just didn’t know how to get there.

So we started from the beginning.

We made a plan for his workouts, food, and daily routine.

We checked his progress every week and made changes when needed.

But I also wanted him to believe in himself.

I saw what he was capable of, even when he couldn’t see it.

And guess what?

Even on show day, he looked at the other competitors and thought he wasn’t good enough to be there.

BUT HE DID IT ANYWAY.

He stepped on that stage and proved to himself that he belonged.

And you know what makes me the happiest?

WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THE SHOW.

Joseph is still going to the gym, following his food plan, waking up earlier, and managing his time better.

The show ended. But the habits stayed.

That’s what coaching means to me.

I don’t just want to help someone look good for one day.

I want to help them build the confidence and habits they can keep for the rest of their life.

Joseph, I’m proud of you, brother. We’re only getting started. 💙

Now, let me ask you something.

Have you ever wanted to compete but felt like you weren’t ready?

Maybe you don’t know where to start. Maybe you don’t have a plan. Or maybe you just don’t believe you can do it.

I’ve seen what can happen when someone gets the right help and puts in the work.

DM me “STAGE” and tell me your goal. Let’s talk about how we can get you started.

The reason behind my price tag is simple and it should be yours too when you’re considering what you charge your clients 🏷️

Here’s how I see it…..

You’re not just paying for a program.

You’re paying for years of experience, continuous education, attention to detail, honest accountability, and the ability to make the right decisions when things aren’t going as planned.

You’re paying for someone who takes the time to understand YOU. Your lifestyle, responsibilities, struggles, and everything happening outside the gym that could affect your progress.

MY PRICE REFLECTS ⬇️

• Years of experience and knowledge.

• 100+ real client transformations.

• Individualized training and nutrition.

• Detailed check-ins and data-driven adjustments.

• Communication, accountability, and problem-solving.

• The countless hours of work behind the scenes that nobody sees.

I respect that everyone has a budget. But I’m not here to compete on who offers the cheapest coaching.

I’m here to provide real value to the people who trust me with their transformation.

And to my fellow coaches, remember this:

KNOW YOUR WORTH. BUT MAKE SURE YOUR WORK BACKS UP YOUR PRICE.

Because anyone can charge for a workout plan.

Not everyone understands the responsibility of coaching another human being.

That’s the standard behind TEAMHT. 💙 by @teamhtathletic

A coach can know your weight, calories, macros, and training split…

And still know absolutely nothing about YOU.

I’ve always believed that writing a training and nutrition plan is one of the easiest parts of coaching.

The real work? Understanding the person who’s supposed to follow it.

I want to know what your life looks like OUTSIDE the gym.

Your work. Your family. Your relationships. Your responsibilities. Your stress. Your sleep. The things you’re dealing with that nobody else sees.

Because sometimes the problem isn’t your diet or training.

You’re mentally exhausted from work.

Your recovery is suffering because you’re barely sleeping.

You’re struggling with consistency because your entire life feels overwhelming.

And sometimes the issues affecting your energy, digestion or concentration need attention beyond what a fitness coach can provide.

Your personal life doesn’t magically disappear when you walk into the gym. It follows you.

So imagine me giving two clients the exact same plan without understanding either of their lives.

One thrives. The other struggles.

Does that automatically mean one is more disciplined?

Or did I fail to understand what the other person actually needed?

THIS IS WHERE REAL COACHING BEGINS.

Sometimes you need an adjustment. Sometimes accountability. Sometimes education. And sometimes you just need your coach to listen before making another decision.

I don’t expect you to share every personal detail. But I want to understand what affects your ability to succeed.

Because I’m not just coaching the physique you’re trying to build.

I’M COACHING THE PERSON WHO HAS TO LIVE THE LIFE REQUIRED TO BUILD IT.

That’s the difference between handing someone a plan and actually coaching them.

And that’s what TEAMHT stands for.

Be honest: has a coach ever genuinely tried to understand your life outside the gym?

Imagine spending years trying to get bigger.

Bigger arms. Bigger chest. Bigger legs.

Then watching over 50 lbs disappear from the scale.

For a lot of people who lift, that’s terrifying.

Because somewhere along the way, we start believing that being heavier automatically means we’re more muscular.

Now look at Dario.

These two pictures are one year apart.

Over 50 lbs lost.

And somehow, he looks significantly more muscular in the second picture.

Here’s what I want you to notice.

He already had size in the first picture. His shoulders, arms and legs had a substantial foundation.

But having muscle and being able to SEE that muscle are two different things.

As his conditioning improved, his physique started revealing details that weren’t nearly as visible before.

Now, the stage lighting, tan and posing absolutely contribute to that final appearance. But the overall transformation in conditioning is clear.

And this is where a lot of people get bodybuilding wrong.

Some keep chasing more weight because they’re scared of looking small.

Others keep dieting because they’re terrified of gaining weight.

Neither approach is automatically right.

The goal isn’t to become as heavy or as light as possible.

It’s to build the physique you’re actually trying to achieve.

Sometimes that requires growing.

Sometimes that requires getting leaner.

And knowing the difference is part of having a proper plan.

Dario went from his starting physique to stepping onstage after losing more than 50 lbs in one year.

And the pictures make an important point:

Don’t confuse bodyweight with physique development.

Now put yourself in his shoes.

Looking at his BEFORE picture, would you have started cutting, or would you have kept bulking?

I’m genuinely curious to hear how other lifters and coaches would approach it. 👇

Some of you aren’t going to like this.

But hiring a coach doesn’t mean you’ve hired someone to do the work for you.

I’ve had clients miss check-ins, give me one-word answers, barely follow their nutrition or training protocols, and then ask why we aren’t making changes.

Changes based on WHAT?

How do you expect me to guide you to your destination when you’re not telling me where you are?

I’m not dropping your calories or adding cardio just to make it look like I’m doing something.

That’s not coaching. That’s guessing.

And that’s not how I operate.

Now, don’t get me wrong.

I don’t expect my clients to be perfect. Life happens. Work gets stressful. Diets get hard. Motivation disappears.

I understand all of that.

But COMMUNICATE.

Tell me what’s going on. Tell me where you’re struggling. Tell me what you couldn’t get done.

A bad check-in is better than no check-in.

Because I can help you solve a problem when I actually know what the problem is.

I take my responsibilities as a coach seriously. I expect my clients to take theirs seriously too.

I’ll guide you, educate you, hold you accountable, and make the necessary adjustments.

But I cannot do the work for you.

And I will never be the coach who tells you what you want to hear just to keep you happy.

So let’s have a real conversation.

Should a coach change a client’s program when the client hasn’t consistently followed it?

I want to hear from BOTH coaches and clients. 👇

I’ve been rejected, doubted, overlooked, and made to feel like a failure more times than I can count. But if there’s one thing I’ve always been proud of, it’s that no matter how hard life hits me, I refuse to stay down.

I walked into this prep carrying over $15,000 in debt, fighting battles mentally that nobody around me could see. There were days when everything felt like it was falling apart. Days when giving up would’ve been the easiest option.

But I didn’t quit. I didn’t make excuses. I kept showing up.

They say pressure makes diamonds, and now I understand why. Every setback, every sleepless night, every moment of self-doubt shaped me into someone stronger. I turned one of the darkest chapters of my life into the best physique I’ve ever built.

Did I win the show? No.

But I won something far more valuable. I proved to myself that even when life gives me every reason to quit, I can still rise, fight, and become better than I was yesterday.

I may have lost on that stage, but I haven’t lost the hunger. I haven’t lost the discipline. And I sure as hell haven’t lost the belief that my time is coming.

I’ll keep showing up. I’ll keep putting in the work. I’ll keep getting knocked down and getting back up until the day they have no choice but to see what I’ve become.

Because I didn’t come this far just to come this far.

The show was one day. The journey is a lifetime. And my story is far from over. 🏆

He was investing in his future, but forgetting to invest in himself.

I’ve known Younus since 2012. In 2019, he became my very first coaching client, completely free.

He had ambition, goals, and a vision for his future. But like so many of us, he kept putting his own health and happiness last.

He didn’t lack motivation. He lacked structure, consistency, and someone to hold him accountable.

So we started small.

14 days. Then 21. Then 30.

Those small promises eventually became habits. And those habits began changing more than just his physique.

269 lbs to 191 lbs. 78 pounds between these pictures.

But the weight loss isn’t what makes me most proud.

It’s the confidence he built, the discipline he developed, and the man he became along the way.

And the part that means the most to me?

I started by teaching him discipline. Years later, he’s sometimes the one reminding me of those same lessons.

We started as friends. I became his coach. And somewhere along the way, we helped each other become better men.

Younus, thank you for trusting me when I was just starting. You’ll always be a special part of my journey and the foundation of TEAMHT. 💙

Sometimes the best investment you’ll ever make isn’t in your business, your career, or your bank account. It’s in yourself.

If you’ve been putting yourself last, let this be your reminder to start showing up for yourself.

What’s one small promise you’re making to yourself today? 💙

You’ve probably seen my work. You just never knew the story of the person behind it.

100+ transformations later, and most people still don’t know who I am.

But what they don’t know is that there was once a version of me who felt like a complete failure. Someone who felt lost, questioned his worth, and wondered if he’d ever make his family proud.

I’ve gone from having nothing figured out, to feeling like I had everything, to watching it all fall apart and having to start over.

And somewhere along the way, I learned something.

Fitness didn’t just change my body. It changed the direction of my life.

It gave me discipline when I lacked direction, confidence when I doubted myself, and a purpose I never saw coming.

What started with three people I coached for free eventually became 100+ transformations, countless friendships, and a community that means more to me than words can explain.

But the biggest lesson?

Success means nothing if you forget why you started.

I’ve made mistakes. I’ve lost myself. I’ve rebuilt.

And today, nothing means more to me than seeing someone who once doubted themselves finally believe in who they can become.

To every client, athlete, mentor, friend, and person who has trusted me along the way, thank you. You haven’t just helped build TEAMHT. You’ve helped shape the person I am today. 💙

For years, I let my work speak for itself.

Now it’s time you met the person behind it.

I’m Sushant Thapa, the coach behind TEAMHT.

And if there’s one thing my journey has taught me, it’s this:

Just because you’re lost right now doesn’t mean you won’t find your purpose. Your story isn’t over.

If you’ve ever had to start over, or felt like you were falling behind everyone else, I hope this reminds you to keep going.

Have you ever looked back at a difficult chapter of your life and realized it changed you for the better? 💙
