As a parent, if there was a pause button I’d push it now.

Again, we are truly blessed by the customers who take time out of their lives to come visit us! This year might just be a record for how many of you have made the trip out to see us.

This week, we had Michael Kelley and his wife, Melony, out for a visit. It was such a blessing to connect, hear Michael’s story, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Thanks for making the trip out, Michael and Melony! We appreciate you both! by @teamrainshadow

Bounty Hunter been hunting @sjcincdm @teamrainshadow RCTBXXH doing the damage, and one on the RCLB80M @halffishbaitco mini spreader once again, every spread. @costasunglasses @grundens @carlhenly @geraldmonroe @pelagicgear special thanks to @bent_rod_west for his lucky pink chugger behind the mini bar. Just a small portion of the fishing lately. Marlin, dorado, 40-60lb yellowfin, 200+lb cows, and more. Its been fun. #elnino #fishing #socal #marlin #stoked taken in Newport Beach, California by @teamrainshadow

#epic
When @colvilleoutfitters and @cabbage_creek_customs built Astrid her very own custom Centerpin set up with a @teamrainshadow blank, I knew it was going to be special. When Abby said it just might be one of her best builds yet, I had no doubt she was right. Seeing the build in the 2027 master catalog for Batson only proves that this combo is EPIC! Getting a signed copy from Bill to frame for her room makes the whole thing even more special!
There's a 99.9% chance a 12 year old girl has a nicer rod than almost any steelheader she's going to come across.....

Launching large lures takes long rods with lots of power. Rainshadow’s new Immortal RX8 Swim Bait blanks were designed to put serious distance on today’s heavy swim baits, glide baits, hammer baits, and irons.

The series features three 7’10” models in MH, H, and XH powers. All three models are available in both swirl sanded raw graphite, and our midnight blue abyss finish. In addition, each model can be extended to 9’2” with an available Teleios spigot ferrule extension.

Sometimes the rod you grab for the day ends up being the right tool for a technique you didn’t even have in mind.

Our Pro Staff member @jefflittlekayakfishing put the Immortal spinning blank to work at Clear Lake, initially built for finesse jigs and other bottom-bouncing presentations. But when the day called for urchin baits around deep dock shade, the Immortal delivered.

The rod skipped the bait deep into cover and had the power to quickly pull each fish out. A little slack-line shaking, similar to a shaky head presentation, was the key to getting bit.

Proof that a versatile blank can be ready for whatever the day throws at you. by @teamrainshadow

Light. Simple. Functional.

Batson now offers classic Tennessee-style handles in our Forecast Carbon, and A grade cork grip lineups. Both models feature removeable butt caps for easy reaming and installation. Both models are in stock and ready to ship. by @teamrainshadow
