Team RBG (RBG) is an organization established on the principle of Pan Afrikanism.

THE SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO MAKE YOU COLD.

Read that again: Capitalism requires that your empathy level is relatively low.

Think about it: to thrive in a ruthless money-first system, you’re taught to ignore your neighbor's struggle, step over the needy, and put profit over human beings. It trains us to care more about the bag than our own people.

But as Black people living in a Black State of Emergency, loss of empathy is self-destruction. Care equals empathy. Empathy is what fuels true community protection, cooperative economic power (Ujamaa), and genuine brotherhood and sisterhood.

Don't let the system strip away your humanity just to chase a dollar. We build together, or we fall separately.

Drop a 🔴⚫🟢 if you're choosing community over cold capitalism! @zoonathetruth

"I am because we are." That means my personal success don't mean a thing if my people are still struggling. My freedom isn't safe while our community stays vulnerable. A Black State of Emergency means we can’t just talk the talk; we have to STAY ON CODE. Staying on code looks like:
✅ Supporting Black businesses
✅ Protecting & mentoring our youth
✅ Building institutions that outlive us
✅ Resolving conflict without tearing each other down
✅ Turning knowledge into real ownership We don't just want awareness, protest, or basic survival. The goal is organization, real power, and self-determination. Calling all organizers, artists, entrepreneurs, workers, students, and parents: it’s time to move as one unit. Study together. Build together. Buy together. Protect together. Organize together. Advance together. Drop a ✊🏾 if you're standing ON CODE. #TeamRBG #Ubuntu #StayOnCode #BlackStateOfEmergency #SelfDetermination #BlackOwnership #BuildTogether #PanAfrikanism #BSOE #Race1st @big_rak_zilla by @teamrbg_inc

Look at the numbers. Black mothers are dying in hospital beds at more than THREE TIMES the rate of white women; about 50 out of every 100,000 live births compared to just 14. That ain't just a coincidence or bad luck; that’s systemic neglect. We can’t just sit back, keep quiet, or pretend a piece of paper fixing a report is gonna save our sisters, daughters, and mothers. As @zaluted_obuya said: “A report is not a solution. But silence is not a strategy.” We have to protect our women, demand accountability, and build our own healthcare support systems. We are in a Black State of Emergency.

Our safety was never guaranteed; it's time we talked about why. We welcome you to the village circle about safety and security for ALL Black/Afrikan people - because our survival has always required more than hope & prayers. We're getting into it: the history of violence against our communities which continues today. This isn't a comfortable conversation - it's a necessary one. There's a seat waiting for you at our table. Tap in September 26th with our Code Enforcement Committee. #BlackStateOfEmergency #TeamRBG #BSOE #OurSafetyIsOurPriority #Race1st #SolidarityUbuntu by @teamrbg_inc
