Do's and Don'ts for those pull ups! We focus too much on just getting our chin over the bar instead of trying to master the rep 💪🏻 Here are some tips to help you reach mastery and avoid injury 🔥 Let's better our reps, better our standards and we will see you on the dance floor 🕺🏋🏼‍♀️ - - - #functionalfitness #active #hwpo #viralreels #fitness by @teamwildcoast
I heard this quote recently, and it really hit home. **“The magic that you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding.”** And the more I think about it, the more I realise just how true it is. We all want to improve, get stronger, be fitter and achieve more. But quite often, the very things that will get us there are the things we keep putting off. The hard sessions. The weaknesses we don't want to work on. The uncomfortable conversations. The things that require discipline rather than motivation. Progress doesn't come from always doing what we enjoy or what we're good at. Sometimes the biggest changes come from doing the things we least want to do. **Stop avoiding the work. That's where the magic happens.** by @teamwildcoast
The deadlift is simple... until form starts to work against you 👀 These are common mistakes we see and what you should be doing instead! Good technique = stronger, safer lifting. 💪🏻 Save and send it to a friend who needs to see this and we will see you on the dance floor 🔥🕺 #functionalfitness #technique #TeamWildCoast #viralreels #explore by @teamwildcoast
