Most people think Taekwondo just showed up in the Olympics. It didn’t.

In 1988 at the Seoul Summer Olympics, Taekwondo debuted as a demonstration sport.

Grandmaster Y.H. Park was part of that movement. Part of the push. Part of the belief that this art belonged on the world stage.

The world was watching.

Today, when our students bow in, they’re stepping into something bigger than class. They’re stepping into legacy.

This isn’t just kicks and forms.
It’s history. It’s pride. It’s a standard that families carry forward.

Last weekend, Master Park, Master Reidlinger and Instructor Jean attended the American Sabumnim Association (ASA)Summit held in Las Vegas. This professional development weekend brought top school owners in the nation together to train, learn and share ideas to improve the martial arts industry. Master Park has attended this Summit since its inception and serves on the Organizing Committee. 🥋
