What. A. Day. 💙 Teaneck Tailgate 2025 was everything we hoped it would be — the perfect mix of food, music, games, and community all packed into one unforgettable block party. We shut down Cedar Lane and turned it into the ultimate tailgate, and this town showed all the way up. 🙌 🍔 The Eats & Sips From incredible food trucks to local favorites, there was no shortage of delicious bites. And shoutout to @mkvalenciarestaurant for keeping the vibes high and drinks flowing at the outdoor bar 🍹 🎶 The Entertainment The soundtrack of the day did not disappoint. Huge thank you to @ndb.music_ , Blue Chip Chorus, and @sorcresskill for bringing the energy to the stage, and to the @teaneckhscheerleaders @teaneckflagtwirlers @highwaymenfootball & Teaneck sports teams for showing up with school spirit on full display 📣 🎯 The Fun Families and friends spent the day playing games, bouncing in the kids zone, showing off their cornhole skills, and even dunking principals 💦 (all for a good cause — raising money for the PTSO!). 🙌 The Support Events like this don’t happen without a whole lot of support behind the scenes. Thank you to our sponsors: @holynamemedicalcenter @fduwhatsnew @firstcommercebk @newjerseyfamily @mkvalenciarestaurant And a huge shoutout to Cedar Lane Management Group, Aaron Klein, and T.H. Experiences for helping us bring this vision to life. And of course, endless gratitude to the City of Teaneck, Teaneck Public Schools, and the PTSO — and every single one of you who came out to celebrate with us. @teanecknjgov @teaneck_spotlight Shoutout to @lazcreativemedia for the amazing video footage and this awesome highlight of the day! 💙 📸 Cedar Lane was filled with laughter, music, and memories we’ll be talking about for a long time. Same time next year? 👀 . . . #TeaneckTailgate #CommunityStrong #CedarLane #TeaneckNJ #LocalLove #BlockPartyVibes #ThankYouTeaneck taken in Teaneck, New Jersey by @teaneckday

One thing about Teaneck Day? You’re not leaving hungry. 🍕 And if you’re the type who needs to walk the entire food vendor lineup before committing to your first purchase, we get it. It’s a big decision. Especially when you’ve got everything from Jamaican food and empanadas to dirty sodas, Italian ice, fresh lemonade, and enough desserts to make you reconsider that whole “I’ll just grab a little something” plan. So we put together a Foodie Game Plan to help you figure out what you’re eating (and drinking) at Teaneck Day. Will you actually stick to it? Probably not. But that’s half the fun. 📍 Teaneck, NJ 📅 Sunday, October 18 | 12–6 PM 🌐 TeaneckDay.com Save this for Sunday and send it to the person who’s always down to try a little bit of everything. And we need to know: Are you a walk-around-first person or a buy-the-first-thing-that-looks-good person? . . . #TeaneckDay #TeaneckNJ #BergenCountyNJ #NJFoodies #BergenCountyEvents taken in Cedar Lane Teaneck. Our players come from every corner of Teaneck. Some live off Teaneck Road, some near FDU, some a few blocks from Votee. On the field, they’re one team. This spring, they take the field as our town’s first varsity girls flag football team. A first season takes a lot: flag belts, footballs, uniforms, training, and travel to tournaments. That’s where you come in. Stop by our table at Teaneck Day, this Sunday October 18th, to meet your new hometown team. Gift $10 and take home a Highwaywomen magnet. Our goal is to make Teaneck proud, and to see a blue Highwaywomen magnet on a fridge or the back of every car in every neighborhood along the way. Can’t make it Sunday? Scan the QR code to donate. One town. One huddle. The Standard Never Lessens. #TeaneckDay #TeaneckNJ #Highwaywomen #GirlsFlagFootball taken in Teaneck, New Jersey by @teaneckday

Your kids are going to want to do EVERYTHING. 😅 We may have gone a little overboard with the Teaneck Day Kids Zone this year… 🐂 Mechanical Bull 🧗 24’ Rockwall 🌀 Dixie Twister 🎡 Turbo Tubs 🏰 Themed Bounce 🏃 Backyard Obstacle 🔥 3-Lane Mega Obstacle 🤪 Wacky World 🪓 Dual Velcro Axe Throwing 🏀 Basketball Pop-a-Shot 🏈 First Down Football Throw ⚽ Soccer Shoot Out 🏈⚽🏀 3-in-1 Sports 🎨 Face Painters 🎈 Balloon Artists And because apparently that wasn’t enough… 💙 Blue 🌺 Moana 🕷️ Spider-Man …will all be making special appearances! And here’s the part parents really want to hear: THE. WHOLE. KIDS. ZONE. IS. FREE. Yep. The rides. The games. The face painting. The balloon artists. FREE. The 2026 Kids Zone is sponsored by the Teaneck Recreation Department, so your biggest problem might just be convincing your kids it’s time to leave. 📍 Teaneck Day | Cedar Lane, Teaneck 📅 Sunday, October 11 ⏰ 12–6 PM Save this so you have the lineup handy, send it to your Teaneck Day crew, and RSVP at TeaneckDay.com. Now tell us: what are your kids running to FIRST? 👇 taken in Cedar Lane Teaneck. NJ by @teaneckday
