I knew being a first-time mom was going to humble me real quick.

So I stepped offline for a bit and gave myself permission to just focus on being a mom.

And honestly… I’m glad I did.

My little man is healthy, smiley, chunky, and very loyal to the breastaurant that’s been open almost 24/7 😆

But after almost 6 months of not really building anything for myself, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss it.

I miss the drive for creating and the creative spark.

Would matcha replace your coffee routine?

Personally no, I have been using coffee as a rewarding drink because I drink it for the taste not for the caffeine that it provides. I love coffee for its flavor and never really used it to keep me awake.

However, I will start incorporating Matcha into my daily routine due to all the health benefits it has for my body (plus the caffeine part)
