Another cayenne in the shop but this time for a very loud noise coming from the front differential. Turns out, extensive internal damage was causing it. A lot of metal flakes were collected by the internal magnet.

This Cayenne recently visited our workshop for a cooling system overhaul and a leaky valve cover.
The coolant thermostat was replaced alongside the coolant pump which was contaminated with rust and internally leaking into the vacuum system that operates it.
The plastic valve cover was also replaced.

Part 2 of servicing this Macan.
We proceeded with changing the engine and PDK oil and filter. Noise coming from the front left area was caused by a worn control arm. Finally, a heavy fuel smell was caused by leaky injector seals. The intake manifold had to be removed to replace all the injector seals.

We are showing you the raw work that went into this Macan. Customer complains of an unpleasant vibration when at idle, turns out that both engine mounts were completely shot. In order to replace them, the front cross member has to be partially disassembled and dropped.
In addition to an air suspension leak coming from the front air spring

Extensive work was performed on this Panamera 4S.
Valve covers were leaking, the car was sagging at the front due to blown air bellows, front lower control arms were completely shot and cooling system overheating was caused by a damaged radiator.
