Are you a professional athelete? If not, whoop is probably not the right product for you. Switch to Fitbit air and combined with @bevel.health you can get almost the same experience 🔥😎 by @techdesign_gadgets

Garmin Cirqa vs Fitbit Air: $199 against $99.99, and neither one has a screen. One is built for people who train. The other for people who just want to know their numbers. by @techdesign_gadgets

$Honestly, you don’t need a pro-grade tool for a problem you don’t even have. Whoop was built for elite athletes. What most people actually need: sleep, steps, heart rate, workout tracking. Fitbit Air or the Garmin Cirqa Smart Band cover exactly that. No subscription, a fraction of the price. I see this constantly in marketing too: people buy a tool built for someone else’s problem, hoping it’ll turn them into a pro by association. Doesn’t work with wearables. Doesn’t work with social media agencies either. Whoop was built for elite athletes. For people training twice a day, whose coach decides every morning: push or recover. Without that coach, strain score and HRV are just numbers. Nobody’s interpreting them. by @techdesign_gadgets$
