Florey After Dark... How did we make it happen? Every project has a similar-ish starting point. Maybe I've been given a brief, a handful of reference images, a colour palette perhaps, or a feeling someone's chasing but can't quite put words to yet. My job is turning that into something guests can actually walk into and feel. For Florey After Dark, that meant translating a neuroscience-focussed intention into a full artistic and sensory journey - lighting, sound, styling, sculpture, all built to tell one story. This is the level of thought and care I try to bring to every project - it's one part of this job I find endlessly rewarding. At Zesty we set a high standard for ourselves, no matter the size of the brief - it's just how we roll. Neon-drenched and cast in neo-noir shadow. For this party we built a futuristic Japanese dreamscape from the ground up. Ice sculptures glowed under pink light before cracking apart, cocktails smoked and flamed table-side, sashimi arrived precise and pristine, and a pulsing dance floor dissolved into chrome, lasers and colour. Makeup artists and performers turned guests into characters within the world we created; cinematic, immersive, and impossible to forget. Exclusivity, done properly. Florey After Dark has been one of the most ambitious and creatively rewarding projects we've delivered to date. The 60 guests at this immersive event was all considered individually, long before the night, so their experience could be custom tailored to their interests and passions. After arriving within the completely transformed foyer space, enjoying the custom artworks created especially for the occasion, and enjoying the alchimist-themd cocktail bar, Florey After Dark guests were divided into smaller groups, and each led through a tailored tour experience aligned to their specific research interest. Every transition, activation and environment was designed to build curiosity, emotion and connection through the night. Each detail was considered - their custom-designed lanyards, four levels of lighting installations, screen animations built for each individual lab... This event took months of creative development, production and collaboration, and it was an absolute joy. Planning a gala, fundraiser, donor event or immersive brand experience anywhere in Australia, and want people to actually remember it? You're in the right place. AURA POINTS ARE GUARENTEED It should have an entrance. A plot. A reveal. A pulse. Trumpet creates celebrations that move beyond decoration and entertainment into complete, unforgettable experiences. One venue or three. Intimate or extravagant. Family milestones or major occasions. We build the world, control the rhythm and create the atmosphere that keeps guests captivated from their first arrival until long after the final light comes up. When your celebration needs to command attention, move through multiple venues and become the night everyone talks about, it needs Trumpet. Not all Thursday’s are created equal… On one very special Thursday, Evie Creative was invited to showcase the very best of what we can do. Together with the team at Evoqe Events, Elará Melbourne and Technical Events, we dusted off every idea we’d brought to the table after hearing “I wanna do something different” and fused together the greatest event we could imagine… and then we made it happen ✨🥂 It was a night to remember, not just for the champagne, the caviar, the entertainment or the dancing, but for the connection, the celebration, and for seeing exactly how many bodies we could fit onto one balcony! Thank you to our clients who attended, to the incredible venue and technical teams, and a very special thank you to our incredible performers who unleashed their talent and left it all on the stage. Cue the pyro, the music, the projection mapping and a cheeky little rooftop performance… 🎆 📽️ @clique.films ❤️ Evie Creative Team: @brihonydawson @emmakatestorey @sarahheekyeong @jordnwkemp @hannahzbrooke @furzeymusic by @technical_events

When the team at The Florey approached us to create this immersive experience in Melbourne, I knew straight away we were in for something special. The kind of project that pushes creative boundaries and relies on true collaboration from everyone involved. More to come, this one's a big one. 🔬🧠 Event production & styling @eventsbyzesty Event hire @social.eventhire @thesmallthingsco @slideproductions Styling photographer @smokey_oscar Photographer @will.hamiltoncoates Videographer @zo_robbo_videos Catering @cookes_food Mixologists @misterbartender_ Entertainment @evie_entertainment AV & ligthing @technical_events Custom art installation @studiojohnfish Art piece @antoinetteferwerda Signage @argentsigns" by @technical_events

The doors are open. The champagne has been poured. The city has a new rooftop destination. Last week, we officially unveiled Elará Melbourne, and what a night it was. To everyone who celebrated with us, thank you for being part of the beginning. This is more than a launch, it marks the start of something truly special. Welcome to the ABN Midnight Lounge 🍸 Designed to feel less like an awards night and more like a hidden late-night destination. For this year’s awards celebration, Kensington Town Hall was transformed into an immersive evening inspired by the glamour, intimacy and energy of a classic jazz club. A huge thanks to @abngroup.au @boutiquehomesvictoria @homebuyerscentrevic for having us.
