Anzeige | Mit dem Herbst beginnt für mich auch die Zimt-Saison und das große Backen. Ein langersehnter Wunsch war es eine offene Küche mit Insel zu haben und eine Arbeitsplatte, die schön und robust zugleich ist. Mit der Calacatta Volegno Steinplatte von @technistone_int konnte ich mir diesen Traum erfüllen und liebe es hier zu kochen und zu backen.

Rezept für Cinnamon Buns (ca. 15 Stk.)

Zutaten für den Teig:
400g Mehl
120g warme Milch
120g warmes Wasser
60g weiche Butter
40g Zucker
10g Frische Hefe
5g Salz

Zutaten für die Füllung:
60g weiche Butter
90g Zucker
5g Zimt

Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten für den Teig zu einem Teig verkneten und möglichst rechteckig ausrollen.

Den Teig mit der Füllung bestreichen und zusammenfalten. Danach ca. 2 cm breite Streifen zuschneiden und jeweils in der Mitte einschneiden. Danach zwirbeln und eindrehen und einen halben Knoten machen.

Die Cinnamon Buns auf einem Backblech auslegen und ca. 30 Minuten abgedeckt ruhen lassen. Danach mit einem Ei bestreichen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 220 Grad o/u für ca. 15 Minuten backen.
