My wife’s transformation journey starts now, and I’m extremely proud of how hard she worked today. She absolutely killed it. 🔥

If you’re in the Winston-Salem area and looking for one-on-one coaching—not just a program thrown at you, but a coach who genuinely cares—send me a DM.

Thanks for watching! More to come! 🫶🏽 #winston #gymmotivation #bootyworkout by @teddyz_barbell

Vince Marino got with me a couple of months ago, and we got him fully recovered from rotator cuff surgery. Now he’s squatting 500+ and benching 405 without a sling. I’m extremely proud of this man. He’s a blue-collar worker who still finds a way to grind out PRs on the side. 😤👏🏽

My good client Grayson Alberty also came to me a few months back asking how to improve his squat and deadlift. He’s a true blue-collar worker who continues to bust out PRs no matter what life throws at him. We took his deadlift from 405 to 500+ in just a couple of months. 💪🏽

If you want real results and hands-on coaching, DM me for one-on-one coaching.

These dudes have been killing it regardless of what life throws at them. This is the type of people I want on my team. 😤👏🏽#coaching #winston #letswork‼️ by @teddyz_barbell

250 👉🏽 180

@lindsay_shrewsburyy has been working hard over the last few months, completely changing her lifestyle. Now she’s bringing it all together by getting in the gym and putting in the work. 💪🏽

It’s simple, guys—you have to want it.

I’m really proud of her for sticking with this. This is more proof of what you’re capable of when you bet on yourself and turn that negative self-talk into a positive mindset.

Y’all have a blessed day! ‼️😤

DM me if you’re ready to change. 🫶🏽👉🏽 #weightloss #transformation #positivity #self #talk by @teddyz_barbell

Kicking off November right ⏳ 59 Days until 300 👀👏🏽 #weighlossjourney #post #backday by @teddyz_barbell

Sometimes, it’s really just you and your vision. No explanations, no validation, no waiting for anyone to understand. Just execute.

It really can be that black and white. #late #post #real #relatable #journey by @teddyz_barbell

2 months left ⏳ #arms #chest #weightlossjourney #newyear by @teddyz_barbell

Slowly but surely, creating the man I admire in every way, every day. New Year’s is only two months away. That’s two months of progress you’re throwing out the window if you wait. Stop making excuses and start NOW. 61 Days … 💪🏽😤 #weighlossjourney #start #now #noexcuses #newyear by @teddyz_barbell

Trust the process 🎯 #morning #post #workinprogress #backday #weightlossjourney by @teddyz_barbell

It’s been a few months or more since I’ve pulled deadlifts, and I’m about 15–20 pounds lighter. I can definitely feel the difference in leverage compared to when I was 370+ vs. 322. 💪🏽

One of my goals was to be able to pull 600+ at any given moment. I might be a little slower right now, but I’ve always loved pulling aggressively. You can’t find another feeling like ripping a sick deadlift off the floor. 😤🔥#earlybirds #pull #deadlifttillimdead by @teddyz_barbell

My goal this week is to get below 320. Let’s get to work‼️

Weight loss has been moving slowly, but I’m noticing changes in my face and how my clothes fit. When progress stalls, you have to be patient and trust the process. Consistency will always win! 💪🏽 #weighlossjourney #legday by @teddyz_barbell
