The real flex? Consistency.

Show up.
Find a routine that works.
Repeat it.
Progressively overload.

The best part of Africa was feeling like I was home. There was no need for fancy clothes, eating at the most expensive restaurants, or doing it for IG.

We did EVERYTHING with the locals: ate their food that they’ve prepared for us, hanging out in the villages, and becoming family.

If I could take anything from this journey, I would take prayer. The majority of West Africa are Muslim. No matter what they were doing, when it was time for prayer, they stopped whatever they were doing, washed their hands and feet, and kneeled for prayer. You literally saw this WHEREVER you went. It really filled my heart knowing that God is everywhere and everyone knows him.

No matter how hard or hot 😂 is was for the villagers, they were always smiling and dancing. They were so full of love and joy! This is definitely not the end of my journey with Africa. I will be back 🤞🏾♥️
