Know your numbers, know your game.
Our Box Pro Jesse Nessen ran every club in his bag on Trackman at Tee Box Meridian. These are his stock yardages: the carry he can count on when it matters.
Most golfers guess. Guessing costs strokes. If you don’t know exactly how far your 7 iron carries, that’s the first thing we fix.
Book a Box Assessment (Golf Performance Assessment) and get your own numbers, club by club. Link in bio.

That’s $500 back in your pocket every single year you’re a member, just for deciding now.

What founding members get:
⛳ 24/7 access to the sims and the performance gym
📊 TrackMan data on every swing
🎯 SportsBox 3D so you can see exactly what your body is doing
🧠 A real improvement plan from Jesse, our PGA Director of Instruction

It all starts with a Box Assessment. Jesse runs a TPI mobility screen, TrackMan, and SportsBox 3D, then builds a plan around your swing and your body. You’ll know exactly what’s costing you strokes before you decide anything.

Limited founding spots remain. Winter is coming and courses will close. Your game doesn’t have to.

👉 Book your Box Assessment at the link in bio.

A Montoya family outing needed a little friendly competition. 😂⛳️

@logbrown09, one of the owners of @teebox_meridian, knows a lot of the Montoya family, so we’ve been wanting to get the whole crew in to check out what they’ve created!

They have TrackMan simulators for playing and practicing, PuttView, a gym, coaching and other tools designed for golfers who really want to work on their game.

And because we’ve shared @b9golfboise before, the two offer something a little different! We still LOVE Back Nine and their owner, and it’s such a fun spot for parties, events and getting a group together to play. Tee Box leans more into the golf performance and training side, while still having plenty of room to bring a crew. ⛳️

Definitely another fun option to have in the Treasure Valley golf scene. Save this one for your next family outing or golf day!

Want to know what Tee Box’s assessment is all about? @birdiefevergolf came out to meet with Tee Box’s Director of Instruction, @nesserlong314, to go through a Titleist Performance Institute physical screening, ball flight analysis with Trackman, and swing mobility assessment with Sportsbox AI. The data and results are staggering. Head to the link in the comments to see the full video. taken in Meridian, Idaho by @teebox_meridian
