CLEANSING HABITS THAT CHANGED MY SKIN 🫶🏽
👉🏽 Ensure your hands are clean before starting your skincare routine. It sounds basic but if your hands are dirty, it will reduce the effectiveness of the cleanser.
👉🏽 Always following the 60 SECONDS RULE: This is where you wash your face for approximately 60 seconds. This is to allow the cleanser to deeply cleanse the pores. Anything less than that is a waste of time and money IMO
👉🏽 Gentle cleanser: Using a gentle cleanser that will not strip your face off it’s natural oils, in the morning and in your evening routine.
👉🏽 Cleansers with active ingredients should not be used daily.
👉🏽 Using oil cleanser as a first step of double cleansing at night: A normal face wash is not able to get rid of makeup or sunscreen. Oil based cleansers like cleansing balm/oil will work for this purpose.
