If you told 10 year old me that 30 year old me would be watching BIGBANG INSANELY CLOSE?? She’d look at you like you were bluffing and would tell you to shut up. But it wasn’t a dream and I got to see the first K-Pop boy band I ever loved, live. I cried, I laughed, I sang with my whole heart, I danced, I cried again for Still Life. Hearing them brought me back to so much nostalgic memories of listening to them on Youtube and my iPod when they released their EP, Tonight. And here I am, listening to them live after so long. Truly a midsummers night dream of being able to witness the group that basically raised a whole generation of VIPs and I, in real life.

Thank you @xxxibgdrgn @__youngbae__ and @d_lable_official for an unforgettable night and bringing back the 10 year old me to enjoy every second of this night. And a big thanks to everyone who made it happen because that ticketing war was A NIGHTMARE.

So; 3 years ago, Ivy had invited me out to a show in the Bay Area as she had decided to do an overnight trip up here with a whole bunch of people. Obviously, my introverted self was terrified when she asked me out and wanted to introduce me to them. HOWEVER, as my mother had taught me, never come empty handed; and so, I brought two bags of crepe cakes with me as a thank you gift for the invite. There, we spent an entire night with people I’ll never forget. Not only because I got to meet a whole bunch of new people who are now good friends of mine, but also because I got to meet a new person who would eventually become one of my best friends. Three years may seem like a short time, but, in those three years; from giggling about Bridgerton or Sabrina Carpenter to sharing advice that we’ll rely on each other for, there’s no one else I’d love to enjoy having Capricorn jokes with than with Jazz. Every tear shed leading up to the wedding and during the wedding was worth it. (also, thanks for the free in-n-out. it somehow hit the spot i was not expecting) It was an honor to be have celebrated you both, I love you so much. Here’s to your love for each other 💜

i finally get why people say girls trips are like a therapeutic retreat. first ever girls trip to celebrate our bride to be 🥰 we talked, we ziplined, we drank, we ate (lots…and LOTS of poke), we bonded, we sang, and apparently learned that some of us are a branch of chinese because of our noses. ladies, it was a pleasure being with you and hosting you for the week. as a wise man once said; LUDA. mahalo and see you all very soon in denver to see our gal get meowied 💜

Finally made the trip back after 7 years to the motherland. Unforgettable sights and bites and reuniting with old friends and meeting new ones. Missing the fresh durian, grapefruit, and guava that were kindly gifted; and not missing the heat AT ALL despite it being “cooler weather” season. AND THE FEAR OF CROSSING THE STREETS 😭. Thank you to everyone for taking the time out to hang out with me, I love you all SO much 🥹

Celebrating and attending a gorgeous wedding for a gorgeous bride 🥰 Congrats to Annie and Matthew for tying the knot! Couple of tears were shed during the father daughter dance as well as the adorable speeches that were given by the family.

Can’t stop thinking about the matcha ice cream with warabi mochi at Sensoji because it was THAT good. Also coming home only to find out that THE Mr. Harry Edward Styles was in the literal same vicinity as me running the Tokyo Marathon. Pain 🫠

SHES FINALLY DONE IT! We finally celebrated Mui Mui Che Che (name we called her when we were younger) and the newest member of our family; Alex! From going to our first concert together for TSwift, to seeing her graduate high school, to traveling together to Japan; she was the older sister I didn’t have.

Became an emotional wreck by the time we started the tea ceremony and then we were all just a mess by the time we got to the actual ceremony (shoutout to @lin_lamsf for making a lot of us cry with her amazing officiating) 🥲. Always a favorite being on the dance floor with the family. Wishing you and Alex all the best Nina, ily 🩷 (swipe to the end to see our glow up pictures 💀)

Japan, you’re magical. You were beautiful, memorable, and SO HOT (that I won’t miss). I miss your konbini and your easy access to everything and not feeling like absolute shit after a meal. It was a trip I will never forget and I wish I had more time to explore. Nonetheless, your hospitality was top notch and I loved every bit of it ❤️

First mother/daughter trip with the 5 🐯. Surprise was a success! Some tears were shed, but they were happy tears which meant everything worked out! STORYTIME: So as some of you may not know, 6/7 years ago, I accepted the role as Director of Weekend Programming (basically we held events for students during the weekend at Regis duh). This role had a big impact on my life not only because of how much it’s made me love event planning and want to pursue in it, but also that I would be introduced to a girl who would become one of my closest friends down the road. We bonded through our adventures together, laughed, and had fun memories that we could reminisce about later on.

After graduating, we didn’t have a chance to really talk. But despite our large empty communicating gap years, our reunion felt like nothing had ever changed. We’d catch up and talk about things in life and how everything’s going. And god, am I thankful to have her in my life 🥰

Point is; she’s officially a married woman and I’m so honored to have witnessed her new chapter as A WIFEEEEYYYY ❤️ Congrats Jessa and David, to your life as husband and wife. Spent the new age with the tradition of heading down to socal for the birthday week. Shout out to @ohheyitsivy for planning a memorable week worth of activities and taking the time out of her busy schedule to be the best host. From trying new restaurants, to pottery making, to spending time with amazing friends, and continuing our tradition of going to Disneyland (and now forever with @razzamajazz), it all felt SO surreal ❤️ Thank you to everyone that celebrated with me, I love you SO much. 26; you were shit. 27; please treat me well and kindly 😅
