What 👏🏼 a 👏🏼 community 👏🏼 + Special moment/s at end

Seriously appreciate each and every one of you taking time out of your lives, your PAX, your days to come to this meetup. People taking days off, weekends off and getting in cars, trains and planes to come and say hi is so freaking humbling 😭🥹💜

You’ve put me where I am and I’m so appreciative of that 😭💜

It takes a village so a massive thanks to @stackgemma @keegstreamz @chelseahonk @costco._.king @salscrochetcreations_ for getting everything set up whilst I was battling for Riftbound exclusive bundles 😭😩 and a massive thank you to @accidentally_teddy and @davisharriganphotos for grabbing the pizza order from Dominos! 🍕

My heart is full and I once again can’t wait for the next @paxaus where I can see you again. 💜

Michael Paxson has challenged me to a Rockband 1v1 at the @turtlebeach booth at 1pm today.

One performance, one showdown, one jankening. It’s on.

Also, Michael has been loving meeting all the PYTs at @paxaus

Calling anyone who likes free things! 👀📢

On Friday at 1pm - 2pm at @paxaus at the @corsair booth (part of the @aftershockpcau section) I will be hosting a little game.

The rules are simple:
- Tell me what prize you want (some are worth 1, 2 or 3 points)
- Tell me what colour the Clinker is
- If you’re right, you take the prize

It’s that simple 👀

Can’t wait to see you! I have a lot to give away, so please share the love around. First come, first served! 💜

It’s convention season! It is imperative as creators that we protect our voice as we have many factors working against us! Convention sickness, travel, fatigue, yapping in loud spaces… unfortunately we can’t afford to lose our voices!

So here are a few tips from someone who streams at a full time capacity, whilst also gigs as a professional singer as well (essentially I don’t shut up and continue to have a voice).

Most important thing to note is that your voice is not invincible. Overuse will result in fatigue. And the only way to recover will be vocal rest, sleep and hydration. But there is a way to prolong that onset of fatigue!

💦 Hydration is key
😴 Sleep as much as you can
🚭 Avoid smoking and caffeinated drinks
🙆🏼‍♀️ Warm your voice up and down
🔇 Don’t compete with loud environments (when possible)
👀 Avoid whispering or yelling
🍅 Avoid acidic foods that cause reflux (GERD)

I’ve included a few of my remedies but it is very important to note that these are not FIXES and you should not become reliant on them. The only proper fix is vocal rest, hydration and sleep.

Can’t wait to see you all at @paxaus and please protect your voice!
