How long until I can walk on my hands!?

Shoutout to Crunch Fitness’s best personal trainer @gabbycramerfit she’s helped me from not being able to handstand at all to a new PR of 5 handstand pushups in the matter of a couple months! If you’re looking for a trainer you should definitely hit her up 🤙🏼

If you didn't anticipate this, that's on you. Raven introduces the @ratpackdg of Raven, Alex, and Tony, who talk about their shared history of playing together, their past and continued bullying of Raven into being ELITE, and sometimes diverge into an accent befitting the most famous plumber of popular gaming. At the appropriate time, click THIS LINK to meet Steve.

Fish/Raven discs (UV Glow Zones) went live 1/20 on Fish’s website at fishdiscgolf.com! Get those and many more for the ludicrously low price of $15 each.

The Fish Golf Brah-dcast featuring Raven Klein is a series of conversations with people in disc golf, who don’t always have to talk about disc golf. When there’s no defined topic, everything is on-topic, including taunting other players and dogs. Episodes will be released weekly throughout the 2026 season.

Produced by Disc Golf Brah.

Support Raven’s tour, artwork, and other ventures by following her on instagram at @rklein55 and check her website at https://www.ravenkleindesign.com/If you like the show and want more, hats and other show merchandise are available at discgolfbrah.com. Fish discs are available for a mere $15 each at fishdiscgolf.com, @daddydiscgolf, @dischubdg, @treemagnets, @cosmicdiscgolf, @otb.east, @marshallstreetdiscgolf

Last workout with Sergeant Cecily before she heads off on her new adventure in Kentucky…some people chase the bicep vein, her and I chase this forehead vein! Jokes aside this young lady changed my life. Taught me how to workout and held me accountable to establish a routine of consistency. I’m incredibly grateful to have been assigned to you for the past almost 2 years. Thanks for everything @cecie.fit I hope you have some epic adventures in Kentucky! Just remember who your favorite client is and always will be 🫡 @crunchmaplegrove @cecie.fit taken in Maple Grove, Minnesota by @teehyser
