One week on since medicine festival…
Watched the dark side of the moon held by the suns light. Felt the music from the soul brother @facesoul.
And spent the days with the most incredible humans.

I wrote a little poem called, ‘Pigeons’ :)
-

We used to run and play
in spaces that felt so vast
chased pigeons
we thought we could catch

Our bodies learn pain like a knack
shadows now chase our backs
are we like pigeons
and how they react

Be a mind that is bright
for darkness to catch the light
they too need the grace
of the inner child to embrace
so the light and the shadows
can finally play

like kids chasing pigeons
in the vastness of space.

Our seasons are born from a simple tilt, not distance. That slight lean gives us summers and winters, growth, decay, friends, family, love and experiences. 🌏💞

2025 had been very low key for me with much of my time spent on working through personal projects, and realising how lonely it felt at times, but I was fortunate to be able to travel and spend some time with great humans x

We recently went to see Jack Johnson, I made it very obvious to my partner these past years that he’s one of my favourites since way back.

We hit the road to Cornwall to the beautiful @edenprojectcornwall where he performed with his awesome band and support Hollie Cook.

And of course couldn’t resist the Cornish camping vibes, sea and pastries.

Happy midsummer! 🇸🇪
A couple of weeks ago, I was an assistant yoga teacher at a beautiful retreat in the middle of Sweden organised by my good friend and yogi master teacher @zo.rahm.

Surrounded by nature & with a wonderful bunch of people, connecting, sharing, saunas, swimming, boating and loving life.

Thank you to my friend and brother @zo.rahm for allowing me to assist you.
And all the good people I was able to share this with.

Big hug and love 🤗💚keep the feeling alive.

The last few weeks I gave a little time to learning more about yoga.
Connecting with so much of my own culture, body, mind, and there was plenty of stretching my body needed.
In the process I found a family and adopted a few kids, we supported eachother through the journey, finding positivity, being joyful, eating together, gazing at sunsets, stars and full moons.
And to top it up we were so dang lucky to have beautiful, dedicated and inspiring teachers @gayatriyogaschool . @loveyogastudiotenerife
They guided us through the 3 weeks and kept us humble to yogic values, big big love to you.
While I still process and do much revising of the last few weeks, I am so very grateful for the experience, and so the journey continues, sending a big hug and lots of love to everyone that was part of it. Thank you.
