“Heal from the inside baby girl, create that strong foundation that way no one or nothing will ever shake you. Pray for clarity, peace, DISCIPLINE, focus, fluent creativity and to forgive those who might have betrayed you in the past. Start a morning routine and a night routine. Understand that you are apart of something way bigger and you will always come out on top”

That’s an excerpt from a letter I wrote to myself in 2021.

Most of yall know and have experienced me as a light. A vibrant vessel that oozes love & is beautifully insane lol but a lot of yall don’t know the depth of sadness in my soul. The trauma I have endured. The journey I have taken. I have been raped, abused, shot at, stabbed, homeless on park benches & left to figure it out while maintaining a smile. I’ve been discarded, discredited, disrespected and yet still I rise.

I’m not perfect by far and I don’t present myself to be but I’m authentic as a mf and I I have intentionally put the inner work in to heal and grow past my own fears and shortcomings. There’s still work to do but I am goddamn proud of me man.I’m unpublishable because I am who I say I am.

I stopped asking “why me” and started saying “watch me.”

My Pain introduced me to my power.
My Silence introduced me to my voice.
& Loss introduced me to my discipline.

I didn’t just survive
I became.

So if it ever looked like I disappeared…
I was in the lab.

And now?
I’m stepping into everything that was written for me.

No hesitation. No shrinking. No apologies.
