If a delusion helps you silence self-doubt and step forward, perhaps it isn’t a delusion at all. 💪🏼You are what YOU believe yourself to be. by @teemillerfit

Congrats to Michael and his coach @teemillerfit for winning the reverse diet in category in the most recent 16 week diet and style remodel challenge!“I’ve had the good fortune of working with two outstanding Team Biolayne coaches over the past two years. Coach Charlie was incredibly helpful in refining my workout programming as well as helping to set the foundation for proper fat loss phases. Coach Tee helped me understand both the importance of reverse dieting and how to do it effectively, while also teaching me that the number on the scale matters far less than how you look and feel. She also helped me get back on track after an extremely challenging time in my life and lay the foundation for sustainable change. I can’t thank them both enough and would highly recommend working with Team Biolayne for their evidence-based approach and experience in helping everyday people with real challenges get results. Thanks so much Tee!”Mike by @teemillerfit

When they ask what you fear most…And you can’t exactly say:“Unhealed wounds, subconscious self-sabotage, and invisible forces keeping me looping on the same timeline.”So you just say:“Spiders.” 🕷️The truth?I don’t fear insects.I fear being trapped in stagnancy.I fear looking up years from now and realizing I repeated the same patterns, made the same excuses, and stayed a slave to the same limitations.I fear becoming comfortable with potential instead of pursuing growth.I fear settling. Not failure. Not hard work. Not discomfort.Staying the same chills me to the bone.Growth can be painful. Transformation can be intense. But stagnancy is terrifying.I can handle failure.I can handle rejection.I can handle being misunderstood. What I can’t handle is knowing I was capable of more and never becoming it.If you have a similar fear and you’re ready to stop repeating the same cycle, click the link in my bio and apply to work with me 1:1. by @teemillerfit

I promise I’m not this aggressive in real life 😂 But all jokes aside, coaching approach matters. Some weeks, you need the empathetic side of your coach.Other weeks, you need to be torched a little bit 🔥 to remind you that your excuses aren’t moving you closer to your goals.Because coaching isn’t just about having a plan. It’s about having someone who knows when to encourage you, when to challenge you, and when to tell you the truth you might not want to hear, but need to hear. The best coaches don’t just hold you accountable to your actions. They hold you accountable to the person YOU said you wanted to become.Anyone can hand you a meal plan.Real coaching is knowing when to give grace and when to raise the standard.I’m curious 👀 Do you need more empathy or more accountability right now?👇 by @teemillerfit

Stop waiting for life to calm down before working on yourself.Because for most people…that season never comes. There will always be work stress.Unexpected expenses.Emotional exhaustion.Busy seasons.Hormonal fluctuations.Low motivation.Travel.Relationship stress.Life.And if your strategy only works when life feels perfect…it’s not a real lifestyle. One of the biggest mindset shifts I had to learn was this:You do not need to be operating at 100% to still make progress. You just need systems that keep you anchored during chaotic seasons.Because the people who transform their bodies long term aren’t the people with the easiest lives. They’re the people who learned:• how to stay consistent while tired• how to adapt instead of self-sabotage• how to stop swinging between “all in” and “completely off”Your fitness routine should SUPPORT your life. Not require perfection to survive. And honestly?Sometimes taking care of yourself IS the thing that helps everything else in your life function better. If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of “I’ll start when things calm down”…Comment “RESET” and I’ll send you my guide on why you keep “falling off” and what to do instead 👇 by @teemillerfit

In the beginning, people question why you’re working so hard.Later, when the results show, they call it luck. They never saw the discipline. The sacrifices. The consistency. The days you showed up when you didn’t feel like it.Most people only respect the outcome because they were never willing to endure the process.Let your results speak for themselves. You don’t owe everyone an explanation for your discipline. by @teemillerfit

Following the narrow gate > fitting in with the crowd. The wide path is popular for a reason. It requires no discipline, no conviction, no ego-sacrifice, no transformation. But the narrow gate will cost you your ego, your distractions, your need for validation, and sometimes even people. Not everyone will understand you.Not everyone is meant to.Some seasons of obedience will look like isolation before they look like alignment.Betrayalhumiliationbeing left outbeing discardednot fitting inBeing dealt a shitty hand…it all makes you go higher 🚀 When you stop romanticizing your pain, loss, and victim-mindset, you begin to see that it was all designed to elevate you. by @teemillerfit

There’s a conversation I don’t think the fitness industry speaks on much. What happens when you go through an identity shift… and suddenly you don’t have a physique goal or a performance goal anymore?Because honestly, it can feel psychologically disorienting. When you go through a spiritual awakening, heartbreak, grief, burnout, or a major life transition, the things you used to value can stop carrying the same emotional weight. The goals that once fueled you don’t always feel aligned anymore. And when your inner world is changing that deeply, it can become very difficult to commit to a fat loss phase, a building phase, or even care about chasing aesthetics at all.Not because you’re lazy. Not because you “fell off.”But because your mind, emotions, and identity are being restructured in real time.A lot of people don’t realize this:When life feels out of your control internally, your nervous system often stops prioritizing optimization and starts prioritizing safety, stability, grounding, and meaning. So if you’re in a season where you don’t have a huge physique goal right now, that’s okay.Maintenance is a goal.Maintaining your lean body mass is a goal.Eating enough to support your energy and hormones is a goal.Moving your body because it keeps you mentally anchored is a goal.Having structure and routine that helps regulate your emotions and keep you grounded is a goal.Sometimes fitness stops being about transformation and starts being about stability. And honestly? That phase deserves more respect than it gets.Because sometimes the strongest thing you can do is maintain yourself while your entire identity is evolving around you.Coaching Inquiries/ApplicationLink in bio 🤍 by @teemillerfit

We talk about calorie deficits often & most people know they need to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight, so why do many people still struggle? Because knowledge isn’t sufficient to change behavior. That’s why I love this post from @teambiolayne coach @teemillerfitBe sure to follow her for more great fat loss info & comment ‘COACHING’ to get info on how to work with me or my team and get REAL results———————————————You Know the Science… So Why Are You Still Stuck? You understand fat loss. You know it comes down to a calorie deficit. You know protein matters. You know you should be lifting. And yet… your body hasn’t changed. Here’s why:1. You can’t stay in a TRUE deficit long enoughYou’re consistent… until you’re not.A few good days doesn’t create fat loss.A few off days can erase it.-It’s not what you know.-It’s how long you can execute.2. You’re stuck in an all-or-nothing cycleYou’re either:-perfectly on track-or completely offSo every time life happens…you fall off instead of adjusting.-Fat loss doesn’t require perfection.-It requires consistency through imperfection.3. You’re underestimating your intakeYou think you’re in a deficit.But:-untracked bites-eating out-eyeballing portions…are keeping you at maintenance. The smallest leaks will stall your progress.4. You don’t have enough structure to repeat your success.Every day looks different.Every meal is a guess. So nothing compounds. Results come from repeated effort5. You keep comparing and second-guessingYou see someone else progressing faster…So you:-change your plan-question your approach-or give up too early-Meanwhile, they just stayed consistent.🎯 You don’t need more information. You need better execution. If you feel like you know what to do but still aren’t seeing results…That’s exactly what I fix. I tell my clients this all the time:The more frustrated, uncomfortable, disgusted, and emotionally exhausted you are with your current circumstance…the more advantageous of a position you’re actually in to create change. Why?Because comfort rarely creates urgency. It’s actually MUCH harder to create a profound physiological transformation when you’re relatively content with where you are. When you’re comfortable…you negotiate. You rationalize. You delay. You lack the emotional leverage required to stay disciplined when things get hard. But when you’re truly fed up?That’s powerful.Because now:• your pain has clarity• your emotions have direction• your standards begin to shift• and your tolerance for staying the same decreasesDiscomfort creates grit. The women who change the most are usually not the ones who are “kind of motivated.”They’re the ones who reached a point where staying the same became more painful than changing. And if you channel that energy correctly instead of self-destructing with it…it can completely transform your body and your life.Sometimes having “a lot to lose” becomes the very thing that pushes you to finally evolve.Work with me.Coaching inquiries: link in bio. by @teemillerfit
