Sunshine + Jump rope = therapy. By the water is a massive bonus. Needed this today.

"Every child deserves a champion - an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best that they can possibly be."

For me, there's nothing quite like fully vibing to the track, having no specific steps to maintain and letting the feet move freely to the beat.

No tricks up my sleeve, no choreography, nothing to think about... just allowing energy to shift in a way that aligns my body, mind & soul.

For me, this is emotion. ~Energy in Motion~

I'll be honest,

I can only do DU'S for so long before I pee my pants 😂 the mums will understand 🫣

Also, I've been studying @gina.jumps.rope (yes, borderline creepy) bc I love how light she moves with her DU's. She truly amazes me how she continuously floats through such a power move.

To Gina, you're like a badass butterfly 🦋
I'm so inspired by you that I'm risking peeing my pants in the gym 😂 that's love ❤️

⭐️Top tip ⭐️

Keep your weight on the front cross leg!! The back cross is more like a heavy tap - then lift.. this ensures a smooth transition 🕺

🎯 Save, try it, have fun & tag me ✨️

If you missed the screenshot ⤵️

QUICK LOWER CIRCUIT
40 on / 20 off

1. Sumo squat - Glutes + Quads
2. Any core - (crunch, raise, plank, twist)
3. KB swings - Glutes + Hammies
4. Jump (or burpees) heart rate ❤️‍🔥
5. RDL - Hammies + Glutes
6. Lunge - Quads + Glutes

'I don't have time' is a slack excuse. 🙅🏼‍♀️🙉

I make these up as I'm walking into the gym.

This structure on a quick timer is perfect for muscle toning, fat burning & increasing overall strength.

I used a 36kg KB for Sumo's & RDLs
20kg for swings & lunges.
