Epic highlights from Tees Trailtastic - our trail running event in the beautiful Teesdale countryside.

These trails were made for happy running.

Well done to everyone who enjoyed the morning on the trails and thanks to all those who supported the event.

Can you spot yourself ??

Thanks goes to @jmruther4d for capturing all the memories.

If this makes you excited to try this route entries are open - Sunday 4th July 2027. We are looking forward to it already 💙 by @teestrailtastic

Tees Trailtastic was so fantastic it's taken us a few days to recover!

A huge well done and thank you to everyone who took part in our third Tees Trailtastic trail running event.

It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces enjoying every moment of their run through the glorious Teesdale countryside. From first time trail runners to those tackling their longest ever distance, every single person should be incredibly proud.

There were so many highlights, but a few favourites have to be:
🏃‍♀️ Seeing people complete their very first trail run, or achieve a personal best distance.
🐸 'Frog Yoga' – who knew so many baby frogs would join us for our post-event LRC Yoga by the lake?
😊 Watching runners smile their way around the 3.5, 9 and 15 mile routes, making new friends and celebrating together at the finish.

One statistic we're particularly proud of is that over 70% of participants were female.
Social media can often make it look as though everyone is already confident, fit and smashing big adventures, but the reality is that many women still lack the confidence to try something new. Seeing so many of you step onto the trails, challenge yourselves, support each other and achieve things they didn't think possible is exactly why we do what we do.

A huge thank you to our incredible crew. Someone described them as our "ghost crew" because you rarely see them, but without them the event simply wouldn't happen.

These were the hottest conditions we've experienced at Tees Trailtastic, but thanks to Precision Fuel & Hydration at every aid station, everyone stayed fuelled and energised throughout the day.

Thank you also to our amazing sponsors for generously donating spot prizes and helping make the day extra special. We are so grateful for your support.
One lucky family didn't waste any time enjoying their Archers Ice Cream prize!

Want to be part of the fun - entries are now open for 2027 on Sunday 4th July.
🥳

Here is a snapshot of amazing course photos thanks to Phil. All participants have been sent the full album. A video will be published soon. by @teestrailtastic

A few hours outdoors.
Good conversation.
Trails that clear your head and that feeling of coming back to yourself.
That’s our kind of plan.

And if it sounds like yours too, we’d love to see you at Tees Trailtastic @teestrailtastic on Sunday 21st June by @teestrailtastic

There is something about getting out onto the trails that no other run or walk can replicate.

The noise of everyday life just falls away.

Your mind clears. Your mood lifts. And somewhere between the birdsong and the mud you remember who you are.

This is what the trails do. Every single time.

And on Sunday 21st June we have a hidden, fully marshalled trail course in the heart of Teesdale waiting for you — safe, beautiful and unlike anything you have experienced before.

Whether you run or walk. Whether you are nervous or ready. Whether you have done this a hundred times or never once.

There is a place for you here.

This is what happens when people show up for themselves.

This was our Ibiza running retreat where people arrived as strangers and left feeling

Connected. Stronger. Recharged. More themselves.

That is what moving in nature does. That is what this community does.

And you don’t need to fly to Ibiza to feel it.

On Sunday 21st June we are bringing that same energy to the trails of Teesdale at Tees Trailtastic, because everyone deserves to feel this, whatever your pace, whatever your story.

3.5 miles. 9 miles. 15 miles. Fresh air. Birdsong. Community. A finish line that means something.

This is your sign. 👇 🔗 Register now — link in bio — use code TRAIL for your exclusive discount

Have you ever had a moment where nature just... reset you?

We created Tees Trailtastic because we know that feeling and we want you to feel it too.

After years of setbacks, it was always getting outside that brought me back. Not a gym. Not a programme. Just fresh air, trees, birdsong and moving my body in nature.

The health benefits of moving outside are real and this event exists so you can experience that for yourself.

Every pace, every story, every person is welcomed here.

Come and escape for a moment. Take some time for you.

Stuck in bed and unable to move, all I could think about was being outdoors again. Fresh air, trails, birdsong, movement, freedom.

That feeling became the spark behind Tees Trailtastic, our welcoming trail running event designed to help more people experience the joy of moving in nature.

Always looking for our people 🥰 Stay close to the ones who say yes to a relaxed, fun, trail run adventure ☺️

Ibiza taught us all that saying yes to the trails energised us in a new way BUT the great news is that you do not need a passport for your next trail adventure.

Tees Trailtastic — Sunday 21st June. Three distances. Hidden trails. The best kind of yes you will make all year.
