When Kammie entered my home at 12yrs old, she TOLD me:
I ain't going to school and u can't make me. I hate school!
I ain't catching no school bus either!
I simply replied, OK. BUT, u will wake up and leave out my house every morning.
She became an Honor Roll student until the pandemic hit......online learning was a struggle for her.
She passed though!! They returned in person and she was back on that Honor Roll👏🏾💯🎯❤
It hasn't been all peaches and cream, but it continues to be WORTH every headache🤣🤣 I love my Kammie and I am SOOOOOOOO PROUD of the young lady she is becoming. I love being your Mom Kam, and I am grateful that God blessed me and trusted me with you❤

My Genevieve leaves me speechless often. I purchased cookies for her class for the holidays and she told me, "I'm not taking them to school". I said, "Genni, they are for your friends ". She replied, "They're NOT my friends. They are my classmates. Ya know, how u have coworkers and colleagues."
I was BLOWN AWAY. I said, "ok". I wanted to say something spiritual or I don't know........something to try and change her mind but NOTHING came to my mind.
Then, last week I read about the young lady that was murdered by her "FRIENDS" and I quietly said, THANK YOU JESUS for giving her the spirit of discernment at the tender age of 6🙏🏾❤ I pray she remains covered by the blood of the lamb❤🙏🏾 If anyone wants some special ordered cookies (THEY ARE DELICIOUS) please let me know. I have too many!!!
